I have worked with Dee and Nick for years and years, quite happily, but in the last few months, can't seem to get either a phone call returned OR an appointment made under a maintenance contract that I've already paid for!! Sarah (who apparently is new and answers the phone "sometimes") says she is "going to do her best" to get them yet ANOTHER message. Yes, it has been MONTHS!! 4th phone call and left another message today.
They installed my air conditioner and did a wonderful job… Seven years later I had a small malfunction and they responded quickly and courteously. It’s a smaller company so you have to be patient because they’re very busy but the service is excellent and they’re much more affordable than the competition
Technician Mike was on time, polite and efficient. He also helped in answering some of my questions about my equipment. All the technicians have been the same. I feel confident with the Preventive Maintenance Agreement. I'm glad I have it.
Excellent service, great value. technicians were very good and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We had a complete HVAC system installed with new duct work.
I hired Nick & Co. to conduct an inspection on the HVAC of a home I purchased. They charged me an exorbitant amount ($275) for the "inspection" and gave the HVAC a clean bill of health. Two days after closing the HVAC stopped working and they came by and informed me that the system had crashed and the bill would be $3,500.
They showed no shame or remorse in this situation and they also refused to refund my $275 "inspection" fee. This is a low integrity organization and I suggest you look elsewhere for your HVAC work.
The techniques was curtious, professional in serving both of our units. I entered into a yearly contract with Nick this year having the confidence that I will always receive good service.
Everyone involved in the company was very professional. They listened to what we hoped would be accomplished with a new HVAC system, came when they said they would, and followup to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

BEWARE!!! All of the reviews previous (except the one 6 years ago), are NEGATIVE! I am of the same opinion!!! The owner showed up 41 minutes late with no "courtesy call" what-so-ever! I had already called their phone # at the 30 minute LATE mark, and got an "answering service' that took all my detailed information and said they would make appropriate calls to inform... The guy showed up just as i got off the phone, and I asked if he was aware he was 41 minutes late: Yeah I was in traffic. Could you have given me a courtesy call? Well, I was on the phone... He offered to reschedule, but I wanted to get things underway as MY time is valuable too!!! The guy was stand-off-ish at that point, and the rest didn't go well... i thanked him for his time, and DISMISSED him! You would be foolish as a customer to use this place with all the negative reviews AND my NEGATIVE experience to boot! 07/26/17... Add photos
