    I'm in excellent hands with Nick & Co. They installed our new HVAC unit in 2007 and have taken great care of it ever since. Nick and his entire team are warm, friendly, extremely helpful, and trustworthy. You'd be wise to place your business in their care!

    I have used Nick & Co for multiple services, and every time I have been extremely pleased with their work. They don't try to "up-sell" me, they focus on fixing the problem in the most effective way possible. In one specific case, another HVAC company looked at an issue we were having, and the other company told me that we had to replace the entire system. I called Nick and Co. for a second opinion, and they were able to diagnose a correction that was much less expensive but worked perfectly. They saved me a significant amount of cost. Always timely, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Nick & Co. to anyone who has repair needs with their HVAC system, whether large or small.

    Service was very good. My AC unit stop working during a heat wave and I reached out to Nick & Co for the first time. They came the next day and fixed the problem. The only issue was they did not arrive during the scheduled time, but I understand they were busy that day. Very friendly and professional. Dedicated employees and a strong customer service focus. I recommend them.

    Recently had an AC coil spring a leak on an older R-22 system and decided that it would be a better idea to replace rather than try and repair / retrofit my AC. Nick & Co was quick and responsive to my questions, and moved the project forward from quote to install to permitting quickly.

    Installer was right on time and was clean and respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers when inside the home, and covering the carpet around the attic entrance.

    The new AC cools well (Trane XR16) and rooms in my home that were usually on the warmer side are now noticeably cooler.

    Excellent service! They installed new HVAC systems at my and my parent's homes and not only were the best on price, the service provided warranted a 5 star review. The technicians are responsive and do a great job. Would recommend without reservation.

    Terrible
    I have used company 2 times in the past..
    Both times successful in fixing problem.
    But a little steep on price...
    Called In 2016 and was told that i needed new compressor ( but a little high in price).
    Got another opinion compressor was not issue and it was repaired at a reasonable rate by 2nd bidder..
    2018 rolls around wife calls and tells me a/c doesn't seem to be cooling as well as before..
    I am a contractor so i know how important it is to find someone to trust..
    I told her to go through the records and of course she found Nick and co.
    So i decided to meet tech there...
    After a 5 minute period he say the unit needs complete replacement...
    I wanted to know why and what was wrong with the unit...
    Basically he told me my unit was inferior and all of it was not worth fixing.
    His idea was to replace with his company's unit of choice for around 8000.00

    People..
    Let me tell u that this is a standard practice for most of the mid to large range a/c companies....
    Especially with the new refrigerant that has replaced the r22...
    Push the new units no matter what is wrong with the old one..

    What sucked worse was having to pay over 100 buck for some advise from basically a salesman
    What sucked worse he was damn ugly to boot..
    Be careful.

    My unit, although their new installation has sure had more than normal cooling issues, every time I called for repairs I received a call back quickly, and service made that day. The issues were manufacture related attic coil failure, uncommon for Trane, yet I again had the same failure on the newly replaced unit one year after. This part is not a common stock item and they found the part that day from another Trane service group for ASAP service. Polite, respectful, making every effort to restore service same day. Family members have also had service calls on non Trane units installed by others and were very pleased with employees and work performed.
    When we recommend family use their services, that says it best.

    Nick and Company did a quick, comprehensive repair on a blower motor for us. They quickly diagnosed the problem, offered solutions and costs, they scheduled the repair, and installed on time and on budget. We have been using them for our houses and businesses for over 10 years. This is a service company who cares, and stands behind their word.
