Steven Balcaitis was the technician that did the maintenance on the A/C system. Very professional, courteous and easy to talk to. Answered my questions with ease and clarity.

Jordan from Patterson did an outstanding job servicing our system. He was timely and courteous and did a great job discussing our system and any issues. Highly recommend!

Terrible service. I can't believe all the great reviews after the experience we had with them at the company I work at. 8/1 service call and requested a quote for repairs the service man recommended. 8/16 no AC - called them out again - still not quote. Asked again and was told the person who does the quotes had been on vacation and that is why we didn't get a quote yet. 8/22 called again - still no quote - 8/24 someone finally came out and look over things to get us a quote - 8/25 - no AC again because it froze up due to the same leak. It was noted there was a leak and a part that needed replaced from the beginning - today 8/28 - they were supposed to be out at 8:00 - 8:30 I called and cancelled. I called another company and they were out within an hour and gave us our options and costs and ordered the part we needed. I definitely would not recommend them. I wouldn't have called them again after the 2nd time - but it wasn't my decision.

Jesse's visit on May 29th was very professional and informative! We appreciated him taking the time to explain what he was doing and felt he cared about his work. He's a very nice young man!

Brian and Zach were amazing techs. They were prompt and courteous. They did a wellness check and got our heat working in less than 30 minutes. Always dependanle. Thank you Patterson!

Complete rip off with horrible customer service! After having numerous issues with the unit that Patterson Heating & Air installed I was told by another company that my unit wasn't installed properly. I called Patterson Heating & Air just for them to send a technician out and tell me that it would cost me $3300 to fix my unit or $7k-$10k to replace it! I was also shown a video of what was suppose to be the ductwork under my home and was told that it also needed to be replaced!!! I called another company and they fixed my unit for $420 and said my ductwork was fine!! They even took pictures and a video of my ductwork which looked NOTHING like the video I was shown!!! Susan with Patterson Heating & Air called me back to inquire if I wanted to move forward with the repairs. After I told her that my unit was already fixed for a fraction of the price they were trying to charge she told me next time I needed work done to call the other company!!! All I could do was laugh!!!! I'm still in awe!!!

My moms air quit when the remnants of Harvey came through. On Saturday i tried go find parts to fix it. I ended up calling Patterson Air thinking this was going to be expensive. You know how that goes, $200 for a service call. And more $ as it goes on. So I called Patterson. I have never had better service in my life. Ryan helped me fix my moms air and even though he could have charge big $, his rates were very reasonable. My hats off to Patterson air and Ryan. They are trying to make a living, not a killing.
