Patterson's is the one to use for all your heating and air needs!! They have always been professional and helpful in everything I've needed. They explain everything up front and let me know in advanced all they will be doing! They have a great yearly maintenance contract that is very affordable and are always just a call away if there is an emergency. They have always come out quickly and been very efficient!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!

We had REMARKABLE customer service and success with Patterson! They went above and beyond to work with us and our warranty company to ensure our AC unit would be fixed ASAP! We have been using Patterson Heating & Air Conditioning for several years, 4 properties, 2 new systems, air purifying system (highly recommend) and our much appreciated maintenance programs. The office staff is always helpful and courteous. Rick, was great at helping us decide which systems we needed. Jessie, our service technician is always, ALWAYS, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. We plan to stay with Patterson for many years and will continue to recommend their services.

Patterson replaced my AC and furnace last summer, they worked fast and helped submit the documentation to get me a tax credit. Today my system displayed an error message and stopped working -- I called Patterson and within an hour, Brian had my AC running again at no charge. Excellent service, would recommend.

Each Technician has taken extra time to make sure we understand the condition of the machine, a repair if needed, the need for preventative care and how we may do minor preventative measures ourselves.
Each Technician to a person has a mindset of ownership of the work and ownership of the repair effort if performed.
They have left us better than they found us with each visit having spent no more than was required to keep our unit in good working order.

We've been customers since 1998, had heating and cooling systems replaced when house was purchased, and later when we wanted an upgrade. They recommended good quality systems that we could afford at both times. We've received semi-annual servicing every year, technicians provided a good review of work performed and the health of our systems. Our son was born with severe asthma and they installed pure air UV light filtering systems, replaced and sealed ductwork. This company has been outstanding - professional, competent technicians, excellent responsiveness, and a lot of value. That's not for lack of comparison! We left once for a year, and came right back after scare-tactic sales pressure caused us to spend a lot during routine servicing and received inferior quality from the other company. Patterson is truly the best.

Brian came out and diagnosed why my gas grill was not getting as hot as it should and why the side burner wouldn't work. Had nothing to do with HVAC but I couldn't find a plumber to work on gas and one who would show up. Patterson came out in 3 days (clearly not a rush job so I told them to take their time and just fit me in whenever). On Friday I got a video from Brian showing my side burner running at full strength. Very happy I called Patterson!
