Patterson Heating and Air came out to do an inspection for a furnace and a/c on a home a client of mine is purchasing. I was very impressed with how thorough Patrick was. He let me "look over his shoulder" the entire inspection and explained everything as he went along. This inspection will help the buyer of the home evaluate the overall health of the system and we now know what parts to have repaired or replaced. I was already familiar with Patterson on a previous inspection for a buyer - they did an excellent job! This was another great experience! For real estate-related HVAC inspections, definitely call Patterson!

Ryan the service tech came out to a house that I've had multiple servicemen come out and check.the other man did not do their due diligence possibly would have caused a carbon monoxide issue with information they gave. Ryan and his company did their due diligence and was able to give real information that could have possibly or would have saved people's lives. I would recommend this company to absolutely anybody. And they were absolutely amazing

Had a little mix up with our original appointment, but they made it right. Technician was on time, courteous, and efficient. I was treated fairly about needed repairs. Glad I gave this company a chance! I would highly recommend them!

We had our yearly AC serviced today (4/23/19) by Jess (Jonathan). He was very detail, went over everything that needed to be done and air filters change & washed the AC unit. Our AC unit is over 20 years old and he went through all the details that needed be to done and recommendation for a new AC. We Purchase our heating unit In 2017. We’ve had Patterson’s Heating & Air service for over 10 years & we’re very pleased with them.

I cannot even put into words how amazing my experience has been. Two days ago a big HVAC company that I had a contract with came out to supposedly clean my unit and told me I needed a $3000 piece or to replace the entire unit. Then two days later the entire system stopped working. I called Patterson last night. I had gotten a recommendation from my neighbor who has been using them for 15 years. They came out early this morning and reported that nothing was wrong with my unit except that it was out of freon, needed to be cleaned, and a pipe needed to be tightened. The big company hadn't even cleaned the unit and lied about the leak and piece to try and make more money off of me. Support small, family businesses is the lesson that I learned. The big companies that advertise on TV are big for a reason. Patterson is honest and super efficient. You will not go wrong!!!

We have been with Patterson since they replaced our furnace in 2015. They perform our annual maintenance on our furnace and AC. They are honest and easy to work with. Their technicians are professional and their prices are fair. I would recommend them to anyone!

After working with a different vendor in the past, I was excited to give Patterson a try and was not disappointed. They exceeded my expectations for correcting some issues in our commercial space with our ACs, the customer service was outstanding, and they were efficient and well priced. Highly recommend!

With my air conditioning out, I called Patterson Heating & Air for repair service at 11:20 am. Received a call back from Brad at 11:50 am saying a technician was finishing up another call and could be at my house by 12:30 pm. Greg, the technician, determined a defective circuit board was causing the problem with my eleven year old system. After checking with the shop for part availability, Greg picked up the part and return later the same day to complete the repair. I experienced great professional service from everyone at Patterson Heating & Air Conditioning.

We've used Patterson for 10+ years. They are always great to deal with and don't push you into unnecessary services. Lately, Grant has been a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!
