Scott and his team came out to our house after the A/C started to fail. He temporarily fixed it so we could get the house cooled off and came back 2 days later removed the old system and installed a new one all within 2.5 hours .

His team was polite and courteous. I would certainly use his services again .

In December 2020 I had a complete HVAC system installed by TCS to the tune of $6100. Part of the system included a new thermostat that I told Scott I do not need or want as I recently had a brand new Wi-Fi thermostat installed. Fast forward 6+ months and Scott is still promising me a replacement Wi-Fi thermostat that his technician stole and installed the cheap one I specifically said to Scott I did not want. Scott was paid over $6100 in full upon completion of the job, yet he has kept me waiting more than 180 days for a part that he can probably get wholesale for less than $100!! In fact, apparently he can't even be bothered to return a phone call or email. If you need any HVAC work done, I suggest you look elsewhere as now I have to file a small claims lawsuit just to get my stolen property replaced!!!

It was pleasure to work with James and I'm glad I did. He helped me get the correct system (at a great price) in my shop when the other guys' model was a cheap, under powered Chinese unit. The installation crew was good.

A big thank you to Jose Garcia of TCS and Steevenson Labaze of Progress Residential for helping me out when our AC unit broke today on a Saturday. I called Steevenson and was concerned for my kids as it's an over 90 degree day and it was crazy hot in our home. Steevenson put in a call to TCS Air but in case TCS didn't get out here today he took it upon himself to bring a portable AC unit to my home himself to install. Thankfully, Jose at TCS arrived and fixed the unit within a few hours. We are so grateful Steevenson being so concientious, caring so much about my family and for the excellent service by both companies on a Saturday afternoon! - Deborah Burris

TCS came out to repair a leak on a braze joint at my home and there were numerous issues with the company.

1.) Professional and workmanship like practice is to replace the filter drier anytime a system is evacuated for a repair like this or anytime a system is opened up in general. This was not done.
2.) Nitrogen should be flowed through the line set during the braze to prevent contaminating the system and causing future damage. This was not done
3.) The system should be evacuated using the industry standard practice of measuring vacuum and subsequent hold with a micron gauge. None of the above was done and apparently no micron gauge was on hand.
4.) The ambient temperature was 68 degrees and even though the system was fully evacuated they choose to recharge using the sub-cooling method (at least I hope that's what they used considering there is a TXV valve). With a completely evacuated system there is no reason not charge by manufacture specified weight and account for line set length.

The techs that arrived on scene were visibly frustrated with my request to do the above. They were saying things like there's no chance there water in the system because "water and oil do not mix". The correct reasoning and also the need for a NEW filter drier and a complete evacuation of the system is that the POE oil in the system when contaminated with moisture creates an acidic condition which can prematurely wear the internal parts. I instructed them that at a minimum they would need to change the filter. I called their supervisor and informed him the same.

At some point they told me they were going to get a filter drier but returned with their supervisor who informed they were done and would not change it especially now that they recharged the system.

The supervisor also informed while on site that I don't have anything to worry about as far as contamination because virgin R410A was replaced in the system. The tech that performed the work was standing next to him so I asked him is that correct and he said no we recharged with remaining R410A that hadn't leaked and topped off with new. This is generally acceptable but it supports the need for a new filter drier.

This HVAC contractor does not perform work in a professional and workmanship like manner and apparently does not carry the following on their truck.
-Nitrogen
-Micron Gauge
-Basic parts like a filter drier

AC went out and called our property manager. TCS was here in no time. Quickly found the problem, and fixed it. Nice, simple and to the point. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Saw one of their drivers, an older gray haired man almost run a woman off the road and then driver flipped her off. Wow. Very unprofessional. This company wont be one I use.
