Annual maintenance performed. Technician was professional, did NOT rush away quickly or try to sell extra services.

Brian, the technician who came to our house, was extremely professional, polite, and did an excellent job repairing our vents. Will definitely use Patterson again in the event we need more work done.

Woke up to a cold downstairs this past week and discovered that the heating unit was no longer producing heat. We called Patterson based on a recommendation from a friend and was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. Having been burned in the past from "Heating & Air" companies, I found the Patterson people to be friendly and accommodating to our situation. Patterson had a tech to our home within a few hours where they diagnosed the problem and provided us with a very competitive quote to fix the unit. By that evening, we had heat in the house with no problems to report.

Patterson and Lennox just helped to resolve a problem with my heat pump. I am very impressed with the service that Patterson gave (very quick response to the problem); as well as the Lennox representative's help in resolving my issue. Jesse just fixed the problem and he did a great job--he explained everything and was extremely knowledgeable and very professional.

Jesse came out for our spring/summer preventative maintenance and was very thorough and was willing to spend extra time explaining our system to us and providing helpful tips. I highly recommend Jesse and the team at Patterson.

I came across Patterson Heating & A/C when we needed to install a new unit. Rick is my sales professional and more importantly the "Go To Guy". I have dealt with many different HVAC companies over the years, but Patterson is just the best in every aspect. Rick is very knowledgable in this industry (unlike most others) and truly cares for the needs and desires of his clients. As far as the service side, these professionals are practically seconds away! Worst customer service experience! I was set up for a diagnostic service call, since the call was so late in the day I called another provider who was able to come to my house sooner. I called to cancel the appointment with Patterson, however, the sent a technician anyway. I told him the appointment was cancelled and he left. A week later a get a bill saying that I "did not call and confirm cancellation". I believe they were upset that they saw a more reputable company's van in my driveway. Of course, no one is answering their phone nor do they have voicemail. Please do yourself a favor...go with another company, any other company.

Thank you to Ric, Doug and Ceasar for a great experience. Ric explained the differences of heating units and also the tankless hot water heater. I had both installed over a two day period. The guys were prompt, friendly and did a great job. Even worked late the first night to ensure I had hot water before they left.

I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.
