Patterson Heating & Air Conditioning

I’ve used Patterson for a number of years for AC maintenance and to replace an AC unit. Their technicians liked Steven are prompt and professional. Would recommend their maintenance plans

After having trouble with other companies and constant reschedule Patterson contacted me and was able to come out the same day. Johnathan was my technician and I could not have had a better experience. He was quick, thorough, and explained the entire process to me and what my available options were without being pushy whatsoever. I will definitely use Patterson in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Grant came out today to perform our winter maintenance. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and did his job with complete professionalism. Our experience with Patterson was absolutely "no pain." We called for an appointment for quote on a new heating/cooling compressor and got an immediate response. Ric came out to give us an appraisal/quote and within a week we had our installation. The installation was handled with expertise installers who were reliable, knowledgeable, extra respectful and careful with our property. We have used Patterson for many years and have had dependable service every time. My husband and I trust this company and would never call anyone else!

I was having issues with HVAC system and Steve came out to take a look. He was extremely professional, helpful, and thorough with explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it, and the problems that he found. Definitely requesting Steve for any future service calls.

Ryan is terrific! Our air conditioning went out after hours. I called Patterson and left a message which was immediately returned. I was able to remedy the issue over the phone as it was just a battery issue with my thermostat. But Ryan stayed on the line to make sure it was okay. He even called us back 30 minutes later to double check that is was still working. Great service!
