Our business has used Patterson for a long time and continues to do so for our Charlotte location, they're always prompt, polite, and easy to work with. Technicians are always on time and I have never had an issue with them! Highly recommend them.

We have used Pattersons for 30 years in 3 houses. They have both maintained our heating and air plus replaced units as needed. In December when Steven did the maintenance, he suggested we install the I-Wave air purifiers in our systems. What a difference they have made. Now the filters are not even dirty as the I-Wave cleans the air, dust, cat dander etc as it goes. And we want to thank Steven who has serviced our units for the last couple of years for his outstanding customer service. We hope he continues to come to our house as he is the best. Great Job!

Patterson installed our two residential units 12 years ago and has been delivering the same excellent quality ever since. Paid $10,000 for a new heating and air system. Heat never worked. They promised it would be repaired immediately. It is now 6 months and 4 repair requests later and still nothing. I suggest calling someone else.

We called Patterson for a quote to replace our existing ductwork after receiving a quote from our usual HVAC company that seemed way too high. Patterson was able to complete the work at a much better price, arrived on time, completed on schedule, and were great to work with throughout the whole process. Will use again for future service.

I have used Patterson for years. The good value part was because of the economy and nothing to do with Patterson. I guess in todays country everything cost more. The high cost of everything is not their fault. Freon. Heaven forbid! Check the prices. Again, Not their fault. Steven came out and did his summer check on both units. He's been to this house before and has always been friendly, polite and very thorough. He had to wait for a torrential downpour to pass and ended up spending 2 plus hours plus. Not his fault, but he kept at it dodging the rain drops to get the job accomplished. He was concerned about getting house wet or dirty and it was appreciated. He also took the time to explain everything he went through. Good and not so good. (the pains of a homeowner). They have always been a good company and won't steer you wrong. I've had other big, big name companies in Charlotte use he pressure tactics to sell you something you don't need. Not with Patterson. I recommend highly or I wouldn't have used them for years.

Steven was the technician that performed my maintenance today. Service was exceptional and could answer any questions I had for him. Gave me some great tips on how to take care of my AV unit to mitigate future problems and was right on time. Gave his honest opinion and definitely knew his stuff. Great experience with this technician and would highly recommend Steven for any servicing!
