I called these people this morning to get a quote and see if they could come out and check my unit. Took all my information twice and even haf on-call contact me and told me would come out and check but waited until the lady minute to tell me he could not do anything.

The day after we moved to Charlotte seven years ago Patterson was here installing a gas line to our laundry room so we could use our gas dryer and do our laundry. I got three recommendations and Patterson was the only company who would come the day after we moved into the house. Within hours we were doing laundry. Everyone was courteous and professional. Seven years later we are still using Patterson. They are like family because Patterson has long-term employees. Today Steven is here for our winter furnace check. Steven has been here many times before delivering the courteous professional service expected. He arrives on time and is very respectful of our home never leaving a footprint he has been here.
Last year our air conditioner stopped working. Patterson was here 8:00 AM the very next day. Another time they cleaned our vents. That should not pose a problem except our vents are in the ceiling. The ceilings are all in perfect condition. I could picture paint chips around each vent cover. When the job was completed the ceilings were still perfect.
There are many other reasons we continue to use Patterson. I could go on and on. The bottom line is we would not consider using any other company.

Charles was our technician and he was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and was very helpful during a time of stress.

We purchased our HVAC system thru them. The service we received this time was for annual checkup. Awesome service and awesome tech.
