Patterson Heating & Air Conditioning

Patterson has done several projects for us including new systems, zone splitting and converting our fireplace to gas. In each instance the technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and left the area cleaner than when they started. Everyone I have had contact with have been positive and helpful. Service response has been quick and the repairs completed timely.

After speaking with a technician for after hours service. The Technician gave me an approximate time. And after the time passed. I called him and the on call service. He never returned my call. The on call service had me on hold for 23 minutes before giving me an answer. I got a call the next morning from the office apologizing. What good does that do for my inconvenience. I could have possibly been serviced by another company. I knew a technician named Dan Mack he was the best. That’s the only reason I called here. He’s moved on and good for him.Now I shall move on!

Several years ago I had a new, high efficiency outdoor unit and furnace installed by Patterson for the upstairs of my home (after being referred by a friend). From my initial phone call, Ric H. was extremely thorough in presenting all the available options and pricing needed to make the right decision. The installation process was flawless and his follow-up made me realize the high customer service level that I've come to know & expect. Since that time, I've had a maintenance agreement in place to protect my investment. Recently, I scheduled my "winter tune-up" and met one of their technicians, Michael Brown. He took the time to explain the unit's diagnostics and performance in way that I could understand. Michael was prompt, courteous and personable. Exceeding customer service expectations as usual - Go Patterson!

I had an air conditioning issue which required replacement of my old unit. Patterson provided me with all the details about which models they recommended, and suggested the proper one for my home. The new unit was installed promptly and is working very well. It is far quieter than my old unit and much more economical. I am very pleased with their prompt and courteous service and the professionalism they always display. It's a pleasure doing business with such good people.

I have been a customer of Patterson Heating & A/C for 30+ years (and my in-laws before that, too!) and have always found them to be responsive to any HVAC needs I may be having at the time. We also purchased a complete HVAC system about 20 years ago and just recently purchased another compete HVAC system based primarily on their good customer service. A big shout out to their service tech Chris Jarrell, he does an excellent maintenance inspection/checkup every 6-months. He is the best…!

I had an appointment for a maintenance check for my furnace on Tuesday. John B. was prompt, friendly and courteous. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained his recommendations for my unit. He also accommodated my need for a Saturday appointment in the Spring to check my cooling system (they voluntarily work Saturdays). I am so pleased with the customer service that I received and plan to use Patterson from now on for my heating and cooling needs.

Darren was exceptional! Pleasant and professional. I appreciated his time to diagnose and his attention to detail. I also enjoyed his sense of humor and being nice to my dog. I particularly appreciate having an exact appoint time instead of an appointment range. This was my first time with this company. I’m impressed.

Learned more than I have ever learned before about how to become efficient thanks to the incredible service from Patterson. Jesse spent time educating me as well as crafting a short and long term plan for upgrades, potential repairs and for now made sure we were good to go for the taxing summer months ahead. Best service I have seen in the field--super professional!

I just had Patrick from Patterson's Heating and Air leave my house and what an awesome experience.

Not only did he come on time, understand air conditioning units better than I could imagine, he also took the time to clearly explain everything that is working correctly and that could improve on my ac system. He answered all my questions and gave me practical advice on how to extend the life of my unit.
