Robert the manager is the man! I had a Issue with a stove knob and he helped me several times to fix the situation.. he let me return the wrong knob and let me order a new one. Just professional from start to finish!

I have purchased here on many occasions but I tell you they are very rude, impersonal and show a general lack of appreciation for their customers.
To boot; They have zero covid protocol and are without personality.

You can’t even get a smile or hello out of them (at least they act this way towards their ethnic customers) It’s sad that their sales and counter associates don’t have more business etiquette for dealing with the public. Sometimes it’s not what you know but how well you treat your customers; apparently they didn’t get this lesson.

Although my part was correct, I was unable to return it because I simply plugged it up ( not used) just installed.
I’m very dissatisfied and do not intend to return; I do have options and will not give my hard earned money to just anyone; I will also tell all my friends on Facebook to do the same. I know many techs that will appreciate this warning.

The thing of it is businesses like this won’t even bother to reach out for clarity or to apologize. I noticed that with some of the other reviews.

Would rate them 10 stars of if I could. Great people and very helpful, too. Tara (sp?) helped me a good bit over the phone but then her and a co-worker helped me diagnose my bad dryer element right at the counter. They even helped me put the thermostat back onto the new one. Highly recommend!!

This is the most GHETTO establishment I have ever dealt with!!! I ordered a part which the representative of this company placed, then the wrong part came, and I was blamed for the wrong order, now Im here to pick up the replacement part and although their HOLIDAY HOURS STATED FOR TODAY, online, stated they are opened til 5pm today, THEY ARE CLOSED!!! IM SO DONE!!! They lost a customer today...

I always have great experiences with this business. Every time I go in they're always professional and courteous. This store is the only one that I like to deal with. If they sell something I need I will go to them first if they don't sell it that's the only time I will go to a different store. I definitely recommend them

General Repair

Great customer service the people there at the counter are honestly very helpful and always quick at getting things for me. Better for me they are located right on N. Graham Street. I drive pass that way a lot. so they really are a convenient part store for me to go to place is always clean staff is helpful everybody's always happy and friendly what more can you really ask for from a local parts store and if they don't have stuff in stock they give it for the very next day hands down the favorite of my part stores

Noticed my GE fridge was making a loud clicking noise for weeks and struggling to kick on the compressor, located what I thought was the problem and researched the part. I called Cashwells and they were more than happy to give advice. They placed the order for the compressor start relay for me on Wednesday and it arrived the next day at 11am! Their price was cheaper than online stores, and believe it or not the online stores were all out of stock on this part anyway, even Amazon. After a quick 10 min repair my fridge seems to be fine now.

Would highly recommend getting parts here.

This place doesnt tell you that if the part doesnt work you cant bring it back. Spent like 200 on part, my dryer obviously had a motor issue so it never worked so I took parts back off and called to see about the return policy and that's when I was informed that they dont take back parts that are considered electrical. I wouldn't buy anything from this place again. I mean come on. I paid like 80 for just the heating element alone and it's not used because the dryer didnt work and that doesnt matter because you wont take it back? Okay good to know I will be sure and check to see if this place is bbb accredited and I will file a complaint. That's just a scam. If you wont take any part back then why not just state you have a solid no return policy... oh that's right because you would have a solid NO Customers! Horrible experience !

First time visiting. DIY-er. Had a bad Dryer (not heating). Thought it was my heating element, brought it in with intent to buy a new one. To my surprise, they tested my old one, told me it was fine and three different friendly staff members gave me tips on what else to try. Great experience even for the non-professional! Thank you Cashwell.
