Patterson Heating & Air Conditioning

Technician did diagnostic on my furnace at the time I was having my AC replaced. Recommended switch replacement and furnace would be OK. Replaced switch on separate visit and said all was well. Inspector checked system and said furnace did not work properly. Technician came back and said it now needed a blower and board. System had NOT been run since original repair, since it was August. Patterson charged for replacing blower and board PLUS second diagnostic charge. Asked Patterson to waive 2nd diagnostic charge (by different repair guy), since it was within 30 days of original WRONG diagnostic visit. {Could have bought new furnace for cost of repairs to old furnace.} They would not waive second diagnostic fee. GoPatterson, as they say! I guess there is more money in goosing up diagnostic charges and selling parts on old systems, rather than selling new ones.

Just had Jonathan Shields with Patterson Heating & Air Conditioning do my semi-annual inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable answering what few questions that I had and I could not be happier with his visit. Billy Williamson

Had them come for a quote for my broken air conditioner. They said they would get it to me by the end of the day given that I needed this fixed asap. They not only did not send me a quote when they found out I was looking at other companies but they also never responded to any of my phone calls. Not dependable.

Had an AWESOME maintenance call from Jesse today. He found a problem with the way a safety system had been wired and corrected it! Very knowledgeable and personable.

Clear, knowledgeable advice; prompt and professional installation; great follow-up; and a new system working like a charm...everything we want in an HVAC contractor.
