good service and customer interaction.. but after 2 days of service one unit is not delivering efficient cool air and noticed there's built up of ice in the outside unit pipe. Asked the technician during the service about the pressure of refrigerant gas and I was told it's alright. And also noticed the other unit the cover (cap) of charging line valve was missing and I saw it in the ground and I placed it back in the said valve.
We chose Custom Air to replace our System 3 yrs ago...they did a great job then and we couldn't be happier. So naturally today when we had an unexpected problem arise, not related to our System, I called them anyway...Billy showed up and handled everything and was most helpful...we will always use Custom Air and hope we always get Billy to visit !

Custom Air has twice given me bloated estimates for repairs. With the most incident they quoted me $3,200 to replace a reversing valve on my HVAC. I called another company that has a reputation for honesty. The other company quoted me $1,250 for the same job. Custom Air lost my business immediately. I prefer businesses who are above board.
Custom Air installed and maintains both my heating and air cooling systems. All of their workers are professional, courteous, and arrive on or before appointed times. William Martin was my last cooling maintenance person, and he represented all of the above qualities, respectful, knowledgeable, and arrived early.
Service Tech (Chris Harris) showed up within the 2 hr period. I got a text and email stating he was on his was. He was very friendly and professional. Checked out my a/c and serviced it quickly. I only have good things to say about this company.
