Total Heating and Cooling did a great job installing our new HVAC unit for the first floor of our home. We’ll have them back again when the time comes for installing a similar unit for the upstairs. Highly recommend!

After 33 years, our entire HVAC system needed to be replaced. After reading all the favorable reviews, we decided to give Total Heating & Cooling a try. From the very first phone call, we knew we had made the right decision. From the owner, to the front office staff to the installation crew, EVERYONE was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They are very clear about their time limitations and how they work. (They don't work when it rains.) It seems as though they under promise and over deliver. Scott came to the house to give us a quote. He took his time when explaining what they would need to do and why. Stacy (and Amy) walked us through financing and was extremely patient with all our questions. Robbie and his crew were amazing with not only their work ethic but also in explaining how our old system had failed and the problems that it had left in its wake. Not only did they remove the old system and replace it with the new one, but they left our attic in better shape than it was when we first moved in. After the installation was complete, Charlie came to fine tune our system so that it was operating most efficiently. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the people with whom we had contact. They are all incredible.

Total Heating and Cooling is likely not going to be the fastest or the least expensive HVAC company in the area. However, they will provide you with solid, honest, and professional service that you won't find anywhere else. We are customers for life.

Taylor was great to work with. Found the problem in no time, let me know that it would be expensive to repair. He was polite and honest. I will definitely use Total Heating and Cooling in the future for my HVAC / AC needs.

TJ was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable.. He answered all of my questions and explained everything to me that I needed to know. Our unit was up and running well again in no time and we are so thankful!

They showed up when they said they would on the same day. Tech was very knowledgeable about our older system and how it works. The price was very fair also.

Notice, quickly diagnosed problem( capacitor broken) , replaced and installed new one in less than 4K it’s. Technician was very respectful , courteous, amd explained in detail the nature of the problem.

This is an exceptional company. They have been extremely responsive and helpful in our heating and cooling situations. We have multiple systems that take a bit of coordinating, and the technicians have been so patient with us as we change seasons and heating/cooling needs. They also were great about working with the technicians who installed our generator. Overall, we highly recommend Total Heating & Cooling.

I've been using Total Heating for 4 yrs. I have a maintenance contract with them. No issues with my system. The techs are polite and on time. They always call to give me a heads up on arrival time. I am very satisfied with their service.
