The best service available!!! The owner personally came to our home to repair our generator (after hours)! Honest, dependable, and they deliver on their promises. We continue to recommend them to ALL our family and friends.

Rarely do service people exceed expectations, but this has been our experience with Total Heating & Cooling. They installed the system in our new home in Julian, and also have serviced our rental properties in Burlington. We are thankful to have found reliable, competent, and exceptionally nice people!

I have used Total Heating & Cooling exclusively for at least 15 years and have been on maintenance contract for at least 10 years. They have installed 2 new HVAC systems which have performed well. Service has been exceptional and all employees have been courteous and competent. They even provided a loaner generator while I was waiting for a new Generac. Highly recommended.

I'm not really big on typing up reviews even though I'm the first to check a company's reviews but I felt like our experience today with Total Heating and Air was worthy of my 5 stars. My mom, who is a widow now, woke up to no heat and frantically called me for advice. I at first told her I couldn't think of anyone to call but another family member suggested another company that she called who was rude and acted like they didn't want her business. I then remembered we used to call on Total when we lived in our old house and they always treated us good. Long story short she called and left a message and a very short time later a very friendly technician called her back and told her he could be there in 30 minutes. When he got to the house he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Needless to say my mom was one happy camper and our family will be calling on Total for all our future heating and cooling needs.

This company really came through for us--I called for service and they came out the next business day, fixed the problem (broken part) and didn't charge me that much (whew!) The customer service person even called me back because they could fit our call in even earlier than originally scheduled. The technician was really nice and professional. Great experience!

David and I have always been happy with the service....efficient, well-trained, prompt or if held up, they call.
The office staff is incredible! They are polite, friendly and efficient.
