I had Total come out to my house to do some work they were there about 30 minutes and charged me about $200.00 for nothing. they said it was electrical, and left it at that. Needless to say I had to have a new unit put in. I called Pro heating and they did a great job for me tried to fix it then when it didnt work come back and put new unit in the next day and deducted the money I spent the day before. I use to think total was the best. Boy I was wrong. Why do people try to take advantage??

I have used this company for the last 20 years and have never been disappointed with their standard of workmanship. They have always been competitive with even the big box stores and have beat there price every time.

Was driving behind a vehicle for this company this morning 12/1/17 on Cone blvd on the way to work and to drop my children off at school and daycare, when the truck swerved over and cut me completely off causing me to swerve and almost run up on the median. If this is how the employees for this company drive, I definitely would not want to retain their services if they can't drive properly and looking at some of the other reviews, I would choose another company.
