Great service! The office staff was very helpful, and kept me informed about a weather-related need to change my appointment. My service technician, Billy was prompt on the day of my service. He was knowledgeable and helpful regarding my AC system needs. Highly recommend this company.

The technician, Chris, who performed a Tune-up service today on our A/C unit, was amazing. He was very conscientious and thorough, and he provided some tips on how to keep our A/C running at top efficiency all season long. It's service like this that earns loyalty from customers.

AC unit needed some diagnostic work as there was no cold air. Billy quickly found the issue - and also what caused it. Unfortunately, this means a full replacement, but that is better than lots of money for a new compressor installed in an 8-9 year old system. I am using them to install the new system.

We have been customers of Custom Air for 13 years. The Technicians have always been friendly and very knowledgeable. If they recommend a part be replaced, I like how they will show you that part, and explain why they feel it should be replaced; that way you can see for yourself the wear and tear on the part.

Custom Air is great! Always on time and the text reminders let you know they are on the way. Very helpful to a mom of teenagers.
