Scheduled a routine service check to maintain warranty on our system. Was kept up to date with info on the technician and when he was on his way. Once they arrived, they were very professional, friendly and courteous. Technicians were very thorough in their checks and found several small items, which they resolved at no added cost to the set service charge. Highly recommend and definitely will use them again.

I highly recommend Custom Air to anyone. I had a part in my practically new unit that broke and was so difficult to replace that I had multiple places refuse to come out and work on because they either weren't willing to take the risk or were not technically apt enough to handle the job. Custom Air gave me an extremely good quote and repaired everything. They are professional, thorough, skilled and considerate of their client's needs. I can't speak highly enough of the work they did and am grateful that I found them.

Will did my annual fall furnace tune up at which time he found that my heat exchanger was rusted and had a hole in it. He explained everything to me on what the next step would be and the cost. Yesterday he replaced the heat exchanger and showed me the hole. Will is a very nice young man and definitely knows his work. He's very thorough and kept me posted on the progress. His work ethics are professional. He's a great assist to Custom Air.

Anthony was a great Custom Air technician. He explained everything well and even went beyond his regular service duties when he took care of a couple of hornets’ nests that I was not aware of. He finished the job in a timely manner as well. I highly recommend using them for all A/C and Heating issues. I will definitely be signing up for the annual contract in the fall.

Our Air Cond stopped working and Austin Hyle came out just in time. He explained everything in detail and made the repair. If everyone in business had someone like Austin working for them then our world would be a lot more complete and honest.

AC wasn’t working on the first really warm day of the year. I called CustomAir at noon and they had a technician out by 1... it just doesn’t get any better. Billy Dunlap was a professional. He diagnosed the problem and had the AC up in running in 39 minutes. Great service all the way around, from the initial call to job completion.
