Prompt and expert service. Will, the service person that came, was very informative about what service he provided. I needed one item that had never been replaced on my 25 year old furnace. He took care of it. The service contract for a year is very reasonable.

Custom Air was there when I needed them. Chris was very professional as well as kind. He thoroughly went over all of my options with me. I would recommend Custom Air for you heating and cooling needs....

I posted a one star review about my experience with Custom Air and they won't post it. Beware of Billy Dunlap. I'm definitely reporting them to the BBB. Billy lied to me about my unit and tried to sell me a new unit for 5800.00 dollars. I checked the reviews and they won't post my complaint. Do not use CUSTOM AIR.

William did an excellent job servicing and explaining what needed to be done with my unit. The prices he quoted seemed high to me. Will definitely check with other providers to compare the quotes for a new unit.

Actually, my name is Myra Worrell, not Amanda. That 's my daughter. However, that being said.....I must say that my experience with Custom Air has been nothing but excellent. I have used this company for my heating and air conditioning service several times. Last summer the company installed a new air conditioning unit. Today Anthony Woznicki performed a maintenance service on my units to prepare for the upcoming summer months. He was professional and thorough. I highly recommend Custom Air, Inc.

Will Martin was my technician today. He was polite, personable, and very thorough. He explained my problem to in terms I could understand and gave me options on how I could proceed. I hope I get Will again!,

I will start with William Martin, he spoke with me about my issues with the heating system. He proceeded to do a point to point evaluation of the heating system ( which I already had done)... He pointed out to me exactly what was wrong with the system and that it was 14 years old and was just worn out. He told me and wrote it down on paper what he recommended that I do., At this time the heat wasn't working so I scheduled a time when he could make this happen. He wrote up a contract and I signed it. His people came as promised and we were on our way to getting heat on the two coldest nights of the new year. (he also provided us heaters to go along with the ones we had), we were comfortable for the next two and half days. There is a part two of this story. In comes Kyle..

The Tec (Anthony?) who came to service our air conditioner first and foremost took pride in his work, his company and was courteous. You don't see these behavior qualities these days. He explained everything he did and made minor suggestions to upkeep equipment.

Chris was punctual, polite, professional, efficient, thorough, and most helpful in responding to my questions and advice on maintenance for top performance from my heating and cooling system.
i will request Chris on my next service appointment. Thanks Chris.

When my air went out, I called several companies. The main reason I chose Custom Air is because of the positive reviews and the fact that an actual person answered the phone. Chris Harris came out the next day, was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Their refrigerant prices were also less than I had been quoted from other companies.
