The service personnel are always professional and friendly. They let me know what they are doing and answer any questions I have. I am very pleased with the service. I would highly recommend Custom Air for all your heating and air conditioning needs. Billy Dunlap did a great job today doing my annual A/C maintenance.

I have been using this company for the past 20 years and only the greatest things to say about Custom Air and its employees.. They lagged for a year or so, but since then, have enhanced customer service, punctuality, and quality. William was our service rep today and as usual, exceeded our expectations. He was looking out for our safety in our home in regard to HVAC equipment. Thank you all for another most pleasant experience using your company.

We had Custom Air come out for a one time HVAC tune up. Austin Hile the service technician was thorough, friendly and professional to the extent that we signed up for an annual service contract on the spot and requested that he be out technician in the future. Highly recommended!

Not only did they come out on a Holiday Saturday at “NO DOUBLED FEE” like everyone else we called they sent a wonderful repair man Anthony out. He was friendly and very professional and even gave us tips on how to prevent this issue again. I like the service so much I signed up for their routine services 2 a year at a 40.00 savings at sign up and all the extras that come with it. We look forward to a long relationship with this company and our central air/heating system

I have used Custom Air Inc. two times now. Spring service and fall service. I have nothing but praise for this company. They returned my calls every time and the technicians showed up on time. They even called me prior to their arrival just to give me a heads up that they were on the way. Each technician was very personable, friendly and professional. They educated me on different features of my system. By the time they left I knew how to keep my system maintained, so it will last as long as possible. Good, trustworthy companies are often hard to find. I feel very fortunate to have discovered Custom Air Inc.

I must complement you on your employee Billy Dunlap.Here let me know when he was on his way. Very polite and clean with his inspection. He explained a lot to us and I am very thrilled that he found mold or something growing behind the furnace and I am going to recommend him to everyone. He has been the finest technician you’ve ever sent out.

Austin came out to take a look at a gas pack system at a home i am hoping to purchase. He worked hard to accommodate my schedule, which allowed another trades person to be onsite at the same time saving myself and my agent at least two hours of our day. As an "out of towner" this was a big deal for me. He was super efficient in assessing the unit, pointing out both "areas of concern" as well as it's positive attributes. I truly appreciate his thoughtful, professional thoughts and if all goes through with the sale I am definitely going to have him back to perform a couple of "preventative" services, immediately as well as the annual check ups. Austin and Custom Air are keepers!

update: Was happy to have Austin out again this year for the annual check up of 14 year old unit he previously serviced. Finally got around to having him do a preventative parts update - price was same as he quoted 12 months ago - and he gave me a quick email quote on an additional service I inquired about. Also want to give 5 stars the the in office staff - knowledgeable, courteous and professional! All around excellent experience. Again!

They just installed a new AC system unit for us and it is running extremely well! They got it all done very quickly. Highly recommend these folks!

My mother's air went out on a Friday evening with 90+ temps (88 in the house). Luckily in my search for a repair place I ran across Custom Air which is a little over a mile from my mom's house. I called the after hours number and reached Anthony. Wow am I glad we got him. Anthony was so nice and pleasant to speak with and immediately made us feel at ease. He came out Saturday and within an hour or so my mom had air. Not only was Anthony a GREAT repairman but he's also a GREAT person. We were truly led to the right company and the right person.

Austin Provided Great Service and Professionalism. He explained everything in detail on what was being done and why. He also answered Austin my questions on what other possibilities I may encounter if there was to be future problems. My hats off to him for a great and outstanding job.
