I appreciate William Martin. He conducted himself professionally and very timely in writing a proposal to replace our HVAV system. He diligently worked with us to meet meet our system and cost needs on a very timely basis. He very quickly answered all my questions via email until everything was satisfactorily answered. William is a very friendly person and soon won my confidence in him. He is very professional and knowledgeable and now I know that Custom Air will deliver and install an excellent solution to fit our needs. Overall, I am very happy that William was chosen to be our service representative.

We purchased a new unit from Custom Air. We decided to stay with customer air because of the person that first came to our home to give us an assessment of the unit in our home. The person was honest and personable. Unfortunately a year later when we needed and was ready to get a new unit that person was no longer with the company. We had already started the process of getting the unit so we decided to stay with the company and allow them to service our unit. The initial installation had some issues with the blower. We had to have several visit before they were able to fully diagnosis the issue. They put in a new blower and have provided us with great service each time they had to come out. They were very helpful and accommodating. I even had to go to the office to express my concerns on the person who was on call who didn't answer our emergency call when our new unit wasn't producing heat and we had to stay in a cold house the night before. I wasn't happy with that issue but they corrected that issue the next day and things have gone well every since. Customer service is very important to me and because of the customer service and the attitudes of each service person that came out and the ladies who provided excellent customer service each time I called. Not every installation is perfect but I'm willing to stay with a company that truly works and cares for their customer and the brand and quality of service given.

Excellent experience with this company. Was reliable, on time, polite, professsional, explained everything and did the installation in a very timely fashion. Listened to my needs and took care of each concern. Excellent pricing, too. Austin was terrific, did initial evaluation, Kyle and Bobby came to install and were wonderful, too. Cannot say enough good things about them.

Our heat was out after a 28 degree night, not just out, the entire unit was SHOT. It was old so we figured it was coming. I called and was connected to a gentleman named Anthony. He was at my home in less than 3 hours. Checking everything out, taking photos for which pieces we would need, and had it done quickly. He was kind and professional, very happy! The very next day we had our new everything being installed. (It was installed by two wonderful young men that had it done fairly quickly and done right.) Later that night we experienced some thermostat problems. We called and got connected to the awesome Anthony again! He drove to our home at 9 something at night, stayed for a couple hours and fixed it to make sure it was done right! He is a phenomenal employee and wish there was an Anthony everywhere! Would use this company over and over!

Had them come out because I wasn't getting air in one bedroom. He quickly noticed a hole, patched it up give me the cost for the new one. $89 for the call, $90 for the patch plus lots of good advice for air filters, keeping my unit in good shape etc. I have had other people out here & the prices quoted were way above $200 so I am so glad I found Custom Air! Nicest people!

Austin did a fabulous job of repairing my Air Conditioning unit. He was prompt, informative and courteous. Would use them again!

I had the most pleasant overall experience with Custom Air Inc! My initial call to schedule a seasonal maintenance I spoke with Jenna who I felt was eager to assist and wanted my business.
William was very knowledgeable and well versed in relaying information in a way that was comprehensible. He offered recommendations and I didn't feel as though I was being taken advantage of financially.
I will highly recommend Custom Air to all my family and friends.

The technician did a great job and informed me that he would have to replace the hot surface ignitor and charged me $222.00 for the part. I asked about the high price but he informed me that any part for the furnace is expensive. After the replaced I decided to research the value and to my surprise the value of this piece is not more than $30.00!!! Tried talking to customer service and only got response that the price was right. This company never again!!!!

Hi...We contacted Customer Air because our 19 year old system needed to be replaced. Our tech was Mr William Martin (Will). He listened to our concerns, recommended solutions, offered a few proposals and the rest is history. We liked Will’s professionalism and nice manner. We feel comfortable doing business with this company.
