The Service Technician, Austin, was terrific! This was a maintenance call and he took the time to explain things that I can do to improve my HVAC's performance in addition to correcting the issues that he found. Thank you for a job well done.

When my 20+ year old furnace seized up in January I called Custom Air. They came out quickly, discussed what was wrong with my system (a LOT), and worked up an estimate to replace my furnace and AC. Was it expensive? Yes it was, but totally inline with what my research said it would cost. They were prompt and did great work. They were out today to make sure everything was working properly, changed my thermostat to a programmable one and Billy programmed it to my specifications. Thank you Billy and Custom Air.

Chris arrived on time, explained the service he was getting ready to do, then after he let me know how everything was. He answered all my questions and gave me his recomendations on how to help keep my system running well. Chris did a great job!

Technician was on time and very professional. He explained some things which he saw that may need attention later, but for now, our cooling system is OK. He changed out our air filters, and made some recommendations related to the care of our outside unit. We were very happy with the service call and will keep this in mind for future needs. Great experience. Chris Harris was knowledgeable and gave me great preventative tips. The best part is my appointment was suppose to be at 4pm but he was able to arrive at 1pm. Diagnostic was quick, and affordable.

Will Knight arrived right on time of the appointment. He was very courteous, professional, and friendly during this visit. He answered all questions and provided a quote for a new system which was the purpose of his visit. He provided all the details what is covered and what is not covered.
I was pleased with Custom Air's organization, follow up and clarity in the quoting process.
