Chris has serviced my heat pump twice now, and he is very thorough to make sure everything is running as it should. He also took the time last time to show me how to best maintain everything so that it lasts as long as possible. The technician, Austinwas very personable and professional. He thoroughly checked out both systems. He arrived within the time frame given and completed the check in about 40 minutes. I will definitely use them again.

The service technician, Billy Dunlap, was punctual and diagnosed the AC problem quickly. He tried to source a replacement part for the obsolete unit and committed to following up to get the house cool again. I worked in the HVAC business long ago and know there are all levels of service experience. I would recommend Custom Air.

Update 2019: Both systems still working great and still under the 10 year warranty. We are very pleased with our new tech, Billy Dunlap, for a great maintenance service visit this summer. I still highly recommend Custom Air.

Original Post 2014: I've used Custom Air for the last decade. They always are excellent at HVAC. I highly recommend them for installation and service. We have 2 systems new installed by them. Our original systems were given two extra years of life by a tech who discovered weak undersized capacitors and replaced them. They really are an excellent company. Austin Hyle is our current tech and is savvy with wireless sensors, as well as the usual equipment. He uses booties to protect your floor, suggests fixes if needed, and is on time. Pricing is competitive so we feel we are getting our money's worth.

The technician was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and patient while he responded to questions I raised. He was also thorough and detailed with his answers. He was excellent!!
