Jim our salesperson was very informative and helped greatly in our decision on selecting a furnace. He was quick to respond to questions after the installation. Our installers John and Jayson arrived promptly at the prescribed time, were professional and had the new furnace installed in short order. They left the job site clean and neat just like that hadn't been there at all.

Dustin did a great job. He was professional and courteous. I would recommend Charles Heating and A/C. I have used them before for electrical work and they were great then too. That's why I am a loyal customer!

Josh and Jim installed my new Carrier Heater and Air Conditioner. They also installed a humidifier on my furnace, and a new digital thermostat.
These guys are very efficient, clean and polite. The job was completely done in a very good time, and all is tested, except the Air Conditioner, because of the cold weather. I am very pleased with the installation.

We had a combo boiler that went out a couple of months ago. Numerous parts were replaced to no avail. I had a sit down talk with Mike & we agreed to try one more part, which lasted about 5 days. Mike calls you back when promised. He makes sure you're ok by checking to see. My husband has been very ill & we're seniors, I greatly appreciated everything Mike did. We ended up with a new system & as promised it was here in 24 hours & installed in one day. The installer, John came at 9:00am & worked totally alone pulling out the old unit. He was informative, patient, and worked none stop. In the afternoon 2 other installers came & assisted John. All were very nice guys, working til 6 at night. Mike did everything he could to help us knowing our circumstances. They are definitely "THE NICE GUYS".

Jayden the technician was prompt (in fact a few minutes early!), helpful and professional when he did our seasonal cleaning and tune-up. He is knowledgeable and considerate of questions we had. So appreciative and happy with Charles Heating and cooling! Do not hesitate to take advantage of the Charles Club services!

Their installers Rick & Jeremy arrived on time and were very proficient installing a new Carrier furnace and central air unit at our home. They thoroughly explained the new system to us including the new thermostat they installed. They cleaned up the work area and were nice to deal with. Always great to have no negative surprises!

They came same day. Explained everything to me very clearly and provided reasonable expectations. I am going to need a new unit soon as mine is 20 years old and will definitely be calling them for this service. Highly recommend and very thankful they came as soon as they did! Thanks Lou!

well, update 2023. they just cam and replaced my ac unit that was previously serviced. Todd and Karl did an excellent job. I will continue using Charles for all my needs. I highly recommend!
