Had Charles Heating install new 96 percent efficient furnace with AC. Price was unbeatable and it was all Carrier equipment. Could not come near the price anywhere else. Karl and Jeremy did an excellent job on the installation, very satisfied. Very professional company and employees. Thank you.

I can't say enough great stuff about my experience I just had. After dealing with a different shady company, my furnace was left missing parts and not working. Charles sent out a tech (Henry, super kind and caring man) very quickly, and was able to fix everything at a very low cost for me. It was an adventure (due to the previous company) but I never felt like Henry was trying to get me to pay more money. He was very communicative and attentive to my needs as a single dad, working from home. He sought warranty for parts where the previous company just wanted to make me buy all new ones.

Charles is now my company of choice, going forward, as a new homeowner. Big thanks to Henry and his team!

National Grid red-tagged my hot water heater when they came to do a gas hookup after prior tenants turned off the gas. Brian at Charles came out quickly and right on time. He explained everything to me in detail, answered all my questions, and carefully inspected the hot water heater to ensure its safety. He even came back to reinspect for free after National Grid confirmed he could reconnect it. I will never use another plumber again! So thankful to everyone-Brian, the owner for listening to my problem and coming up with a solution, and the very friendly receptionist who got Brian out there.

Matt performed duct cleaning of our system yesterday. It is quite a job! Matt explained the process and protected the carpets where he brought equipment into the house. He was very professional and considerate. We are happy that we chose Charles (and got Matt) to do the work.

We had Charles install brand new AC, and replace an old furnace and hot water heater. This was a big job! The workers showed up on time and were very professional and courteous throughout the day. The job cost us exactly what was quoted, no additional fees or surprises. We are happy with the outcome and would definitely use Charles again!

We hired Charles Heating to replace our old furnace, air conditioner, and hot water tank. Our installation team—Jim and Jason—worked quickly and incredibly efficiently, and when they left it was as though our home had been magically upgraded. This company is like American Express—every interaction with them makes you feel valued and eager to use their services. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had new furnace / A/C and hot water heater installed. Brian, Rich & Todd arrived exactly when I was told. They took the utmost care to protect our floors, carpets and the rest of the house during the whole install process. These tech's were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They not only took the time to answer any and all our questions, but also explain it in detail. When done, they clean-up was such that you never knew they were there. Would definitely recommend this company and these tech's.

Matt came in for a duct cleaning and did a superb job. He was very thorough and did an amazing job. Charles has always been there for us. They do excellent work.
