Todd showed up on time and was very thorough on installation of new furnace. He explained the process of the removal and installation of new furnace. He also explained the process of programming and using the new thermostat. His explanations were very thorough and easy to understand. He exceeded our expectations on the entire experience. My mother is frustrated with the 800 numbers and customer service and this experience reminded us there are still great companies out there that follow through and provide great service.

Two weeks ago our water heater quit. I called and the next morning Anthony R. was there with a new unit. He installed it and removed the old one. He had to redo some of the water lines and vent pipes and did a great job.

Yesterday, Jadon M. came and serviced our furnace as part of our club membership. He cleaned it and checked all functions and explained everything he was doing. Both of these technicians did a wonderful job.

My furnace stopped working. I called Charles and they responded the same day. Determined I needed to the furnace. It was installed the next day. My installers, Jeremy and Coop did an excellent job and left my basement nice and clean. They explained everything they did. I am super satisfied with their work. Great job guys!

John, Jim and Matt were amazing!!! They were perfectly on time, educated me along the way as they were doing ALL the things!
I just bought a house I’m making into a home so I wanted to be sure in CNY I had energy efficient mechanicals : furnace, hot water heater AND install central air.
We had a few glitches but we all rode with it…and they seemed to actually enjoy working together as I heard lots of laughter too.
They cleaned everything up, hauled the 30 year old stuff away and left me with peace of mind as I sit and listen to the hum of my furnace keeping me toasty warm.
They really ARE the nice guys.

Charles Brothers just installed a new Carrier furnace for us and we're extremely happy with their work and level of service. They were able to install within 3 business days of our placing the order and needed no deposit. Rick and his assistant did a great job on the install.

Good service but expensive. Cost $100 to drive out + $150 to replace a section of PVC pipe in a 10 minute job. That said, the technician was very professional and did an excellent job. I'll be looking elsewhere for my future plumbing needs due to the high cost.

Dustin is excellent. I have been doing business with Charles for over 10 years. They replaced my air condioner and have been to my house many times for, twice a year maintenance and repairs . Dustin is absolutely the best HVAC guy. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was pleasant and explained everything in detail. He made sure I understood and was satisfied. Whatever he's being paid, it's not enough.

Coop (Brian) cleaned my ducts in my house. He did a wonderful job. He kept me informed along the way as to what he was doing. It has helped a lot. Said it looked like it had never been done before I would have them come anytime to do work for me. Always very helpful. They have done many things to help me.

Jason , and Jim the installers came right on time , they quickly went to wrk taking out the old AC / FURNACE. And installing the new - they wrked right thru from 9 30 till about 2 30 - never took a lunch ! They showed me how the new thermostat wrked , they were very informative. I’m super pleased with the wrk they did and I would highly recommend them to anyone !!! Thank you JIM &JASON !!!!!!!!

We use Charles Heating, Air (etc) for just about everything they offer. They are excellent! We just recently had our dryer duct cleaned by Brain Cooper. We couldn't believe the amount of "duct stuff" that he cleaned out. One less fire hazard, for sure! Brian was professional, took his time explaining what he was doing and the dangers of a clogged duct. In short, he did a fantastic job, highly recommend!
