Called for failed 20+ yr old furnace in CNY in February. Charles installed the original 60,000 btu Carrier furnace & Carrier 2.5 ton A/C unit roughly 20 yrs ago. Advisor, Jim L. was assigned to stop at my house for a consultation. He was on time, extremely upfront and knowledgeable, and listened to what I was requesting / wanted. I felt their pricing quote was competive and reasonable, and I comfortably placed our new furnace & A/C unit order. Having the quality products & exceptional Charles service/ installation from 20 yrs ago made it easy to go with them.
Brian & Todd were my in home installers the next morning. Once again, on time, very courteous and super careful. They worked methodically together and had it installed rather quickly. Completely cleaned up, like they weren't even here.
I'm extremely happy with the entire transaction - from the pleasant associate that answered the phone to installation & final cleanup. Fantastic to have a quality local business my family can rely on. Thank you team CHARLES.

After waking to a cold house, we called Charles. They came out, assessed the problem and allowed us to make the decision to repair or replace our furnace. John and Brian showed up a little earlier than the scheduled time and did an excellent job of getting the furnace installed and our heat back on in what we considered a short amount of time. Both John and Brian were polite, courteous, professional and did quality work. They explained everything when they were done. Jeremy, Coop and Rich installed our new furnace, humidifier and AC yesterday. They arrived on time and worked continuously until the job was done. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Looking forward to lower utility bills with our energy efficient furnace/AC.

January and my furnace stopped working. Charles came out yesterday (tech was Amin, he was great). He diagnosed the problem. The parts were not available and since the furnace was 19 years old, I decided to replace it.
Today 1/11/23, they were here (earlier than I expected) and replaced the furnace. There were three techs (Jeremy, Matt and Rick) and in just a few hours they removed the old furnace and had the new one installed. They were friendly and efficient. I am very pleased and would recommend them highly. Thank you.

We had a great experience when our furnace died 2 days before Christmas. Lou was great and came to the house during a snowstorm to diagnose our issues. Then John and Matt did a wonderful, thorough job with replacing our furnace a few days later. They answered all questions and were very patient and professional. Highly recommend!

Matt and Coop recently cleaned my duct work and did an amazing job of it. They were quick but thorough answering my questions but not disturbing me while I worked at the house.
Brian was here the week before adding a new filter system and was really amazing. Again, very professional and responsive, helping me to balance the single zone heating system.

What's more this is a family business the way you imagine them to be. All these quotes were done by "Mike" as in "Mike Charles" the owner. For a company of 50 people that's what I call "exceeds expectations" level service.

Jim and Jason did a great job installing a new furnace and air conditioning unit. On time and professional. They explained everything. We are very happy with the new units. Again Jim and Jason were very nice and did a top job.

We hired Charles Plumbing & Heating to clean the duct work in our home. The tech - MATT did a great job. He was prompt, informative, and very professional. He did a great job for us. He went above and beyond today! Thank you Matt for a job well done!!!

It was time for new A/C and an updated Furnace. I checked around for prices after seeing Charles promo on TV. The best price by far. VERY satisfied with the professional installation. They were efficient, on time and willing to answer any questions I had. Will recommend them definitely!

We had a new heating and air conditioning system installed today. Jeremy, Karl & Matt did a great job. Was surprised it only took 4 hours. Shoe covers were worn and tarps laid down to protect carpet and floor. Everything was thoroughly explained. We are very pleased with Charles!
