I was extremely pleased with the service we got with Charles Heating! They were able to come out to assess our issues and install a new heater all within a few days! The team of 5 men worked well together and were very friendly and professional. We got the royal treatment! I will definitely use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others in need. I am very pleased with the services we’ve had with Charles as we are fairly new customers. Our furnace was installed December 2022. From the sales appointment with Zach to the install and now the cleaning of the vents/ducts everything has been stellar!

Writing this review on behalf of my grandmother as she was extremely impressed with the furnace installation she received. Assigned tech was Todd P and she reported him to be of such great help and knowledge. The team even honored request of what o do with old furnace. As an older woman that is sometimes treated poorly or taken advantage of by companies she was really overjoyed by her services and wanted to make sure a proper thank you was written.

Jim and Todd arrived promptly at 9:00 as they stated. They were efficient, friendly, very professional and went straight to work. They installed a new furnace and new central air system in less than 6 hours. When they finished, they answered any questions we had and tested things out to be sure they were working as they should be. They left us a new furnace and AC and a clean work area! I would highly recommend Charles for any work you may need.

Matt was our tech and he was great to work with. He did a thorough job and we were very happy to see the amount of debris removed from our ducts. Our dryer vent was a bit tricky to get to but Matt figured it out and was able to clean it along with the furnace vents. We’ve always had great experiences with Charles Heating!

We utilized the HVAC duct cleansing service provided by Charles' company. The technician who serviced our unit was prompt, cordial, and competent. Matt did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the process and demonstrating the outcome. We are extremely satisfied with his work ethic and the services he has rendered. In the future, Charles will be the company we contact for our requirements.

I have used Charles plumbing and heating since I moved into this area. They have always provided us with service within hours of me calling them. Always professional on the phone and all their service technicians are respectful, knowledgeable and prompt with service. Today, I needed to have a new furnace installed. Jeremy and Matt (the service technicians) were so good about explaining everything. They wore covers over their boots, put down dropcloths and cleaned up the basement like they had never been here. They noticed my filter was getting dirty and not only replaced it, they left me a couple of new ones. VERY professional. Mike, one of the owners had provided services on a weekend service call when my old furnace stopped working. But the service tech informed me it was only a temporary fix. As a result, Mike contacted me with a great price on a new furnace. I never asked for a discount. He simply offered it. I recommend Charles plumbing and heating to everyone. Great people.

Decided my 20+ year old HVAC equipment needed to be replaced before any breakdowns. Had my furnace, air conditioner, hot water tank and thermostat replaced all on the same day. Jim, Jeremy & Dustin were the Charles technicians who performed the work. They were on time in the morning, worked quickly and efficiently so they finished before 2:00 PM which amazed me. All of the technicians were friendly and pleasant. The equipment and proper maintenance procedures were explained clearly. Would recommend Charles and the techs again.

Charles guys went above and beyond servicing my furnace. I’d had problems off and on all winter but the furnace didn’t act up when they were here! But they told me what to look for when it wasn’t working. I was able to tell them the light ‘code’ I observed when it wasn’t working. I relayed that information to them and they came out with the part and installed it but it still worked intermittently. They made 4 more visits in 6 days until it was fixed. It is finally working and I’m enjoying consistent heat. They charged me ONLY for the original part and not everything else it needed. I am and have been a member of their club, that for a reasonable yearly fee, entitles the homeowner to a complimentary check of furnace and air conditioner once a year, and discount on parts.
