Recently my central air had a leak and was unsafe to use. After getting three quotes Charles Heating and Air, not only were the cheapest quote, but they also replaced my Carrier products with Carrier products. They were able to get my new units installed within days of me calling. John and Jeremy showed up earlier and were ready to go. They were professional, went above and beyond, took care and pride in their work. They were efficient and were done ahead of schedule. They are a great asset to this organization. I will definitely recommend them to others.

We used Charles to upgrade our A/C and furnace, they offered the best quote of 4 competitors. Zach was knowledgeable and professional. Installation by Brian and Karl was a breeze and they did not leave behind any evidence that there was a demo/install. I also had a duct cleaning by Matt and the amount of YUCK sucked out of our vents was eye opening. We are all breathing cleaner air! They were all respectful of my home and property, and kind during any interaction. Great value and service!

I had a great experience on both occasions Charles Heating & Air Conditioning was in my home.

On 2/10 I needed emergency service on my 23 year old furnace. Charles was the only company to promptly return my early morning call and were able to send a technician out later that day. Dustin was able to get my heat restored and assisted me in selecting a new replacement unit for future installation. I was very happy with his knowledge and professionalism.

I then dealt with the office to schedule installation of the new furnace and add air conditioning to my 1950’s home. Their pricing was very reasonable.

On 2/17 Jim and Todd arrived on time and quickly got set up and starting working. The installation went well with no disruptions. The gentleman ran me through operation and cleaned up on their way out - Jim and Todd left my mechanical/ laundry room cleaner than they found it.

Jim and Rik came to our home to do a carrier central AC unit swap, since our two year old carrier unit that Charles HVAC installed back in 2021 died on us. The compressor malfunctioned and thus we had no central AC in our home for three days. These two fine individuals (Jim and Rik) couldn’t have been nicer. They were prompt, efficient, answered all of our questions (my wife and I) and were very experienced in their work. We would highly recommend them for any work needed from a residential HVAC standpoint. They were truly “THE NICE GUYS!!!”

I had a wonderful experience with Charles. From the moment I called for general information for duct cleaning they were friendly, informative, and professional. Matt cleaned our ducts and dryer vent-- he was on time, professional, and quick. Price was reasonable too, I will definitely use Charles again.

Charles installed a new AC unit and Furnace for us. They were extremely professional from the estimate through installation. They did great work! Their installation techs clearly take great pride in what they do, and work hard to provide the best possible install. Charles provides high quality equipment and installs at great price point.

The service provided by Dustin J was outstanding and very professional. He was able to a get a part for our furnace and installed on Sunday. Explained everything that needed to be done and answered all our questions.

We recently had Charles replace our 25+ year old furnace, ac and water heater. All were functional, but we wanted to be proactive before anything did happen as well as gain efficiency with newer equipment. We received a quote from another local business and went with Charles based on our advisor Zach's ability to provide us with educated recommendations, suggestions and his ability to answer all our questions. He provided us with a solution that was a good value as well as made us feel comfortable with our decision.

Their schedule allowed our installation to take place only 2 weeks later. The installation team of Rick and Jeremy arrived at the scheduled time and spent the next 5 hours completing the install. They were very professional, friendly at told us things about our old and new equipment that we didn't know. They were conscientious of the house and left it in the same condition as when they started. The old equipment was removed, the new installed neatly, tested, a quick review of what they did and answering any questions we may have had, they were on their way.

We are very satisfied with our decision to go with Charles.

Want to thank Brian/Ric for their great job installing my new furnace and a/c. Very professional and made sure we knew how to operate the new thermostat before they left. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs heat or a/c work done. And my salesman was a no b.s. kind of guy, which sold me right then and there. Thanks again guys!!!
