Charles replaced my very old furnace and a/c unit. There were pretty decent options from which to choose and the rep who visited and quoted the job was timely and professional. Scheduling the job was convenient. The team doing the installation (John-Karl-Jeremy & Jason) were timely. They walked me through the installation and they were able to accommodate my preferences for running drainpipe and vents. The whole process was quicker than anticipated and the team left the space in good condition. All and all a very good experience.

Charles is a great company. My furnace stopped working last January. Michael Charles gave me two heaters to help during that critical time.
I had some issues. They came out to my home two times ready to work but couldn't. Michael Charles and his men were very patient with me. They came back out two days before Christmas, and removed my broken huge antique furnace and installed a new forced air system. It was very cold that day and a storm was moving in across Upstate NY.
Heat was flowing through my home in five hours. They cleaned up and removed all debris. I have a three story home soon to be antique, with this system, my whole home is heated comfortably. Even, at very low temperatures outside, I haven't had to move the thermostat pass 72 degrees. My basement is even warm. Thank you Michael Charles and installers for your compassion and kindness. You exceeded my expectations.

We call Charles for all our plumbing, electrical, and heating because they are a professional and efficient company. Today Paul D. did an outstanding job fixing our urgent plumbing problem. He was here promptly and worked fast and hard and kept me completely informed about the work he was doing. We had a wonderful experience with Charles during the installation of our new AC system and furnace. The installation technicians Jim and Jason were highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They arrived on time, completed the installation in a timely manner, and even cleaned up after themselves. The installation process was smooth, and they paid great attention to detail. Jeremy, Rick and Coop installed our new furnace today. They were fantastic. Couldn't ask for better service. They were professional, polite and when they were finished you could see the pride they had in the work they had just done. Also want to mention Amin who made the initial visit last week and Zach who was in charge with the assessment. All this happened in such a short span of time. Alex T. from Charles Plumbing and Heating saved the day by replacing my broken basement sump pump on 6/16/23. Alex was on time, very pleasant and informative, and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. I could not be more pleased with the service and I plan to use Charles to replace my old HVAC system next month. Great company and very professional service. They are a pleasure to work with.

Had the air ducts cleaned today after too many years. Coop was great-right on time and didn't complain about all the stuff in his way that he had to work around. He was very personable and explained everything he did with lots of detail. I would recommend Charles (and Coop) without hesitation!

The service provided by Charles Plumbing when replacing our air conditioning unit and, more recently, the furnace in our home has been outstanding. We required a new furnace before the 4th of July holiday weekend and within two days it was installed and our home could resume central air conditioning. After experiencing issues with our AC unit, Charles Heating and Air sent a technician out immediately. The technician worked with company in which our unit was made to determine if it was still under warranty. After confirming that it was, in fact, no longer under warranty, they worked with us to get the best possible quote for our needs.
Lastly, Dan and Todd came out to install our new unit. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. They even took time to talk to us about maintaining the unit over the winter months.

The technician was on time with his arrival for my appointment. John did an excellent installation of the ventalization system at my daughter's salon. John was very professional while communicating his processes in how the installation was going to be done.
