Beau and Gunner arrived promptly, were very courteous, and thoughtfully wore shoe covers to protect our carpets. They diagnosed the problem without delay and left here with everything working as it should. I would definitely call them again and I can recommend them without reservations.

Our service technician just left the office. He was fantastic. Not only did he fix our problem, he gave great pointers about how we can avoid problems in the future.

Called Halco in the evening about an odd code. They scheduled a repair for the next morning. Couldn’t find the code but did a system inspection earlier than needed. Gentlemen was very polite. Great experience overall from the nice woman I talked to on the phone to the minute repairman left.

I wasn't sure what to ask for other than interest in installing the central air for our home. Chris was very detailed in explaining the process, what was needed to do this, and discuss other services available. Halco was very responsive which is difficult to be nowadays so that was also appreciated! We have only just completed the estimate but are in the process of moving forward to do business with Halco.

I asked for a professional experienced technician and that's exactly what I got with Anthony! 100% most professional technician! He also performed a part of the maintenance that had not ever been done before with the hot water. I asked for an experienced tech, and I got that plus more!! Thank you Halco for sending Anthony!
