Matt came to do a final inspection of the geothermal installation in February. All was in order and the system is working well.

Matt and his co-worker John were conscientious to a high degree, and totally accessible personally. They spent two hours in my home, doing evaluations, measurements, etc. for a heat pump water heater, thorough insulation, air sealing, and an air source heat pump. They are connected with organizations which promote and help fund green home energy products and services which are up-to-date, highly efficient, and environmentally low-impact. They did a lot of explaining and answering of questions, and they did the work for me, of applying for available funding.

Mark was very professional and gained my trust quickly. That's important to me. My experience was very positive. Thank you!

Right from the very first contact with the sales representative, I discerned that I would be well served. The men that installed attic insulation, water heater and gas line were great to work with. Fabulous workmanship. Always pleasent, on time or call saying they will be late.. Our one and only heating and A/C contractor. Well worth the money.

Couldn't get my main unit for heat pump to go on cooling. Anthony figured out what went wrong and fixed it. He also explained some things that i did not understand. He was very thorough and pleasant to work with.

Checked on a possible insulation problem and explained everything in easy, and understandable terms. The tech knew his stuff and was very helpful in trying to resolve our issue. If needed I will definitely call Halco again.

They technician who came to my home was very ptofessional, friendly, thorough, and very honest. I was very pleased with Mark. He explained things very clearly to call of the questions asked by myself. He made an extra trip out to my home to complete the work before the end of his day. He was very dedicated to doing things right and not leaving things hanging. It is too bad that we dont have more businesses with good employees like him. Please.compensate g or his good hard work!!!!
