Water heater stopped heating. Ryan was out shortly after the initial call and I was back in business in no time.

Having Tyler working throughout my home--my space--did not feel like an invasion. He was pleasant--yes, I would say even--affable. Importantly, he explained what he was doing and seemed to accomplish the preparatory work for my new HVAC efficiently. He also added information, as he was able to, beyond his primary duty.

Halco installed a air source heat pump at our home in March 2022. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly & professional. They came out today to address an issue we had. They were on time and professional. Thanks Halco!

Zach and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were always very punctual and kept us up-to-date on their planned work schedule; throughout the two week installation. They kept their work areas clean and organized and made every attempt to respect our home and our privacy. As when working on any old house things don’t always go according to plan. In those instances they made sure we were aware of the issue and involved us in the decision-making of the required changes. This was a drastic change in the HVAC technology in our home so I really appreciated the time and effort to explain the components of the system, how they work, and the most efficient way to use them. They were very patient in addressing my numerous questions and concerns. This is the second job I have had HALCO do on my house and I would highly recommend them for anyone considering any HVAC or insulation upgrade. They are informative and consistently high quality people and technology.
