Mike came out to diagnose an AC unit issue. He was professional and informative during the trouble shooting process that resulted in a fix.

Another wonderful Halco experience! Today Halco performed annual inspection and maintenance on my air source heat pump system, 2 mini splits and one air handler, and my air source water heater. All fine! A couple years ago I had Halco install spray foam insulation, the heat pump system, and solar panels in my home. The entire process from contracting through installation was absolutely wonderful. The service contract I have is exceedingly reasonable and invaluable in terms of peace of mind. I think this company actually does value each of their employees and treats them with genuine respect. This is how you create exceptional customer service! Every person who worked on my house has been extremely knowledgeable, able to answer questions in a way that tells me they really do want me to understand what they're doing because they love what they're doing and value and respect their own work. A real pleasure to work with -- thank you, Halco!

I’m hoping these guys got the job done and won’t need to come back. I’ve had issues with the products leaking or needing repair and these poor people have to come and fix it when it malfunctions. They spent pretty much the whole day repairing it and the insurance/warranty I signed up for saved me a lot on the repairs it needed. Both men were awesome!

Had a free energy audit done. Sean was very knowledge, professional and personable. The 5 stars is for Sean.

UPDATE: Halco reached out via their VP and salesperson to rectify the situation. They apologized, seemed sincere, shared how they planned to implement changes moving forward and provided me a discount for my inconvenience. I am pleased with the solution reached.

I went with Halco because of great reviews. The end result was good but the means to get there were terrible. Told 4 days and it took 7. The extra time was not communicated to me until I got frustrated and asked. Crews were late most days and one time only showed up after I called and they were over 1.5 hours late. Crew 1 that did HVAC broke a candle, didn’t tell me and left broken glass from it behind my toilet. Crew 2 did no cleanup and left my basement a mess - furniture moved, debris everywhere, broken glass from a window left on the floor. When I communicated concerns I was told a generic I’m sorry and we’ll talk to them. Not satisfactory when you spend $12,000.

Matt came out to do an evaluation of our hvac/central air that broke. He was exceptional and explained options. He made us feel empowered with knowledge about something we didn’t know much about. Thank you Matt for making not such a fun time the best it could be! Who wants AC to break during hot weather?!! No one of course!

John and his team came out to install an entirely new hvac system. John and team were exceptional and went above and beyond. They did not rush the job and I could tell really cared about the work they do. The quality of the job done exceeded our expectations. John went above and beyond multiple times with helping/explaining options. My home was in amazing hands thanks to John, Matt, and Halco team! Thank you all so much for helping my family and I.
