Heat Wiser - Heating & Air Conditioning

I cant say enough good things about Dom and the staff at Heat Wiser. Over the years I have had 2 furnaces and 1 air conditioner installed by Heat Wiser. The company is very responsive no matter what the time of day or night. They come on time and do very clean work. The staff is very courteous and show a great amount of concern towards the customer. The owner of Heat Wiser, Dominick goes out of way to make sure that the customers needs are met even if he has to talk you through things with your furnace late in the night. Dominick has come to each and every one of my installs. I would highly recommend Heat Wiser to anyone who needs HVAC work done in the Syracuse area.

Dominick was very thorough and honest about what I needed and answered questions regarding possible ducting changes. The install of the new furnace, hot water heater and venting was quick and very clean looking. Everyone was professional and courteous, and they cleaned up and removed any and all trash/scraps. After receiving quotes from various local Hvac companies, we decided on Heat Wiser. Services rendered were a new furnace and AC and could'nt be happier with Dominic and his team of professionals. From their punctuality and expertise of pointing out our specific heating/cooling concerns, to the kind and courteousness they showed upon entering our home by putting on shoe covers. I’ve been in the commercial HVAC business on the construction side for nearly 40 years but needed my central air serviced and I have never met a more professional and knowledgeable service tech than Chuck , he was kind , helpful and even showed me a couple of general maintenance things I can do to keep my equipment running at peak performance and the price was truly reasonable and very fair. I will highly recommend this company to everybody I know !!!!

Dominick and his team were very professional and did great work. They got us in quickly, were very reasonable in price and cleaned up fully when finished. We will definitely use them again and would recommend!

Dominick was a great man to work with. Very personable and friendly. He even informed us about an ongoing CO2 leak in our basement that he fixed at no cost to us. We needed our furnace replaced and he had 4 men here to do quick, efficient and clean. If anyone needs anything done with their HVAC system I would highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome! Dominick took my call on a Saturday at 6pm with an issue I was having. He tried to help me as best as he could over the phone, and we scheduled work over the phone for Monday. He showed up at 10AM Monday morning and was done with everything in about a half an hour. These guys know their stuff and are extremely thorough, responsive, and professional!

My hot water heater died last night around 9pm. I called Heat Wiser and they took care of me. My new hot water heater was installed the next morning. Dominick gave me a great deal and cleaned my furniture as well. Thanks for the efficient and excellent service. I'd recommend them to anyone.
