We had Amin at our home to fix our 8 year old furnace that wasn't working for over a month. We had so many other companies in our home who would refuse to even look at it to fix it and just wanted to sell a brand new furnace instead for outrageous prices. Amin was the first one to take the time and actually look at my furnace and find the real problem with it. He was able to fix it for barely even a fraction of the cost that other companies wanted to charge for a complete replacement. He was very informative and helpful through the whole process. I am very pleased with his help.

We just had a furnace installed by Charles Heating on 12/1/22. Jeremy & Jim were the installers that came out. They were both very professional. They explained everything they were doing, were very polite and courteous. They didn't mind that we have 2 dogs. They ensured that they showed us everything from removing the old furnace to installing the new furnace and thermostat. If we need any future service or maintenance, we would definetely prefer Jeremy and Jim to stop out.

Jim and Todd showed up right on time, took care to cover and protect our floors inside, were very courteous, answered all of our questions, removed our very old AC and installed a new AC in a timely manner. This was the finished project. They cleaned up all the ground around it, took all of their garbage etc. with them. Though Charles's estimate came in a little higher than the others, we chose them for the better product and their excellent customer service responses. Here's to a cool summer!

When our heat kept shutting off during a very cold Sunday they sent James that day who showed up on time, did a great job, was courteous, and very professional. We've used this company in the past and will continue to use their reliable service.

They really are the nice guys. Alex was polite, professional, and knew what he was doing. We will definitely use them again. Couldn't be happier.

Bryan and Todd arrived on time in a heavy snow storm to replace our heating/ac system. They had to clean a path thru the snow to bring in the units. They completed the installation, cleaned up the area, and out the door in record time. Cudos to Charles Services!

I used Charles Hvac for a new furnace install. I had Coop and John for the install and I couldn't say anything bad about them! very professional and educated. went rught to work and were very respectful. I would recommend both to any homeowner in need of hvac service
