I was charged $814 for a 10-minute diagnostics to tell me my AC doesn't work.

$1300 to install a stove in a kitchen and the gas line is already on and not a remodel. Then they did a drain cleaning and it backed up again a week later. They don’t provide guarantees for their work.

After we finished with the plumbing, we called a dryer repair man. He has been doing this for 40 years. He said he has never seen better plumbing in his life. Everything in the right place, valves in the right place and beautiful connections. We agree.

Their customer service is horrible. They will speak nice to you to get your business...They will come out and service your boiler. They will give you empty promises. I was told that if there were any problems, they would come back tomorrow. It has been 5 days and all I have received were excuses, no return calls and no shows.

A professional group of plumbers which are reasonable with price, respectful, knowledgeable and detailed oriented with their work. I trust no other company other then Joe, Tom, Mark and the Einstein plumbing team with my home .

When our radiators stopped getting any heat we contacted Einstein's Plumbing and Heating to fix the problem. It turned out that we needed a new boiler (ours was incredibly old). They were able to obtain a new boiler quickly and did a very thorough job of the installation, making sure that the entire system was working well. Tom, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. The heat is now working like a dream. We highly recommend Einstein's!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They came on short notice to address issues with my boiler. After fixing the issue, the boiler shut down again and they answered immediately. They came back on a Saturday, took my call at 10 pm on a Saturday night and came back again on a Sunday. Funny enough, the issue was electrical (loose wire) and had nothing to do with the mechanical side they addressed. Yet they kept checking everything until they were sure we would have heat. So all in all, they give you fair prices and don’t disappear after you pay. Really am thankful I chose Einstein.

In order to "waive" the $89.00 fee for just coming (which was never mentioned when appointment was scheduled) I had to get problem repaired. Unfortunately the repair is only temporary.
I've had faucet installation in kitchens baths over 30 years never got a quote SO HIGH! Pricing for faucet installation $1,489.00 - NO THANK YOU! I opted for a temporary repair.
