I didn't end up needing a technician to come to the house, but they were responsive, friendly, and most of all, very understanding when I called back and said the situation had been handled.

The technician came in and was very professional, he made light small talk but focused on his work. He was able to both assess and repair the problem quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use this company again.

Called them just before 11, they set up an appointment for 12 - 3; Joe was here by 12:15, done by 1:20! A true lifesaver. Highly recommend. Their office staff is super nice too.

The representative was on time and fixed our clogged toilet. He tested his work by adding plenty of toilet paper and flushing many times. Just a great outcome. Very professional.

Mark was here quite a long time. Tried various solutions but didn't know how to fix the problem. Still had to pay the service fee tho!

Technician came a day late and assessed a problem that would cost $3800 to repair with new water heater and warranty on their work. I told him he could leave and I paid the $96 fee for the visit, which should've been waived since he came a day later, was even late for that appointment which was rescheduled from the previous day from 9am to 11am which was supposed to be the appointment window. He showed up around 4pm. I called a guy, who would've been my first choice, but was coming surgery about 3 months ago to refer someone reputable. I described the problem to him and he sid he will pass by the next day. After doing his due diligence, he examined the tank and said it was intact, problem was the pilot apparatus coupled with the burner, which he changed only costed me $150, I gave him $250 as a tip....a far cry from $3800 indeed! So please people do your home work, unscrupulousness runs rampant in plumbing, electrical and contracted work on a whole. Get a second and third opinion before you open you wallet.

Einstein’s came out to adjust the system after servicing the boiler. The technician was on time, competent and efficient. Cannot fault the service and looking forward to using them again for maintenance and repairs when needed

They came fast, fixed a huge leak, and the price was fair!
