Such a reliable and professional company. They are very knowledgeable and resourceful too! The technicians not only repaired the issue, they informed you of the cause and effects of the problems too! I’m grateful and please and highly recommended them to family members, friends and co workers !

The plumber I believe Mark had a good personality and knew his job. We hit it off because I did the same type of work . Good guy to deal with. Good employee.

They came on very short notice. The technician was professional, polite, friendly, even charming. And straightforward and efficient. Couldn't ask for better.

Editing my review: the plumber Tom, is WONDERFUL. Hardworking and kind. The owner is a nightmare (as seen below). Maybe he’s not used to young women standing up for themselves? Unfortunately, I will not be able to use this company again as I am not okay with being verbally assaulted.

The plumber who came to assess the problem was fantastic, very thorough, patient, and clear. However, I opted for another company that routinely works in my co-op.

I think this company is probably a scam. The price they quoted was about 4x more than every other plumber and they seemed less knowledgable too.

The service was provided the day I called and the drains under the sinc were replaced quicky. I find it too expensive but the issue was resolved.
