I had a waste line backup. Joe and Josh arrived on time, gave me an accurate estimate of the cost, and performed the work promptly and in a professional manner. I was entirely satisfied with their service.

Initially I spoke with Joe whom stated the work for a foot claw tub leak was the faucet with a leak from the waste line.
I was charged 2,800.00. The two parts was shipped in a week. On the day of repair, the technician completed the repair.
Once I seen the work, a upper waste line pipe that's 12 in with the body of a shower that took barely a hour to repair.
I realized a itemized statement for parts and Labor was needed.
An email with the subject work and price was given without itemization's. I felt I was overcharged. The company did a prior job for a waistline from the 2nd to first floor which was reasonable.
Now, I realize this company takes advantage of female homeowner's, veteran and grand mother.
This shall be taken up in a legal forum.
Shame on you Einstein's plumbing.!

There was a leak coming from the wall. I contacted Einstein on emergency basis. They came when they promised, found the problem and fixed it. I was surprised at the price of the service but they were considerate, efficient and did what needed to be done quickly.

They were very friendly and professional. They did not try to pressure me into anything more than what was needed, and that was very much appreciated. I will definitely use them again.

My Boiler kept steaming and I was unaware of the issue. I googled a 24 hr plumbing service and came across Einsteins Plumbing. I called at 2:00 and a technician was at my house within 45 mins. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to determine the problem and fix it in matter of minutes. I am so happy I came across Einsteins plumping! I will definitely be using them as my go to plumbers!

My sewer line was clogged waste was backing up into the bathroom. I was at wits end. Needed professional help. Call Einstein’s came same day and fixed my problem. Costly but for Quality service

Einstein is a bit pricey. But, they do very high quality work. I think it's worth the price!
