I've dealt with Mid-State for ten years, purchasing two furnaces and an AC compressor. Service has always been great when needed. Fare and honest and courteous people.

came in to check heating system,furnace is not working.service manager came checked the heater unclear about problem but thought needs some parts.he said he will order them and will come, take care of the issue asap.however his office was rude,outright nasty and demanding upfront money before they rectify the problem,we already paid for service call.
Unfortunately they installed our generator few years ago almost blew up our house.they also service our generac.inspite of that they are rude and didnot care that we are their customers.refused to do the work until we paid ahead of time for said repair.Horrible service,regret that i used them until now.Beware of this company,lost180 dollars for service call ,had to call new co.

Very happy with the installation of a new AC and furnace. Excellent service- very knowledgeable, fast turnaround time and quality work. They handled all of the details very efficiently. Great experience- highly recommended.

They are lucky to get one star. Save yourself a headache and money, go with another company. They did an install which caused massive water damage because they tied an evaporation line into my waste line. It wasn’t to code and tried to pawn off the work saying someone else must of did it. I gave them a chance to do the right thing and fix it but they chose to get this review instead. I used PELCO to fix their awful and unskilled work.

Our installers were incredible! They were prompt, hard working, respectful, knowledgeable and so clean! They were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to everyone!

Company was prompt courteous and efficient. Fitted the generator in one day, team was polite and cleaned up the site immaculately. Heartily recommended these folks

They installed my whole home generator. I do not have any complaints, they came when they said they would, their work was clean and neat. They beat everyone's price as well.

Technician Jamie showed up on time ,,, was very knowledgeable in his work ,,, politely explained all my questions and kept the repair bill at what was quoted me ...
