We love this company! They installed both systems a little over a year ago. Every time we have an issue they are so fast to answer and come see! We really appreciate the quick responses. The guys that come are always so professional and kind. Today I had a guy named Eric come to check something out with my thermostat. He was so quick and solved the problem within minutes! Thanks so much for always being one phone call away !

Communication was very good The workers were on time, my system was replaced and all the old was removed and there was no clean up afterwards. And the price and equipment were very good. I would recommend Allcare heating and cooling.

We called All Care to come out to our ice cream business in Howell for AC repair. They quickly responded and were able to rectify our problem within minutes. We also had a new unit installed by them. Very professional and would highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about AllCare HVAC. I had another large HVAC company come out as my furnace was not running. They wanted $500 more for the same part replacement/repair. When AllCare came out, Eric was friendly, took the time to diagnose the issue, explain the problem and possible solutions. AllCare quoted me 1/3 LESS of the larger company’s price to repair the furnace. ($500 difference). AllCare provided options with no pressure unlike the large competitor that uses high pressure sales/scare tactics. Additionally, Eric from AllCare got the furnace going again at no charge instead of leaving me and my family in the cold. While the part was on back order, the furnace failed again. Eric said to call him and he would come out again. (Much appreciated) We decided to just replace the furnace as it was aging, 9 degree weather was a day away, and it didn’t make sense to dump thousands into it. Mike from AllCare provided a quote and options within an hour. Not only was he responsive, he had a team at my house the next morning replacing the furnace at a very reasonable price right before the temperature dropped into the single digits. (Day before Christmas Eve) Thank you AllCare for actually caring, being honest, reliable and trustworthy. You have my business for now on.
