I met Walter through my home warranty. I am glad they send him. Not only is he professional but he is a very nice person who takes time to explain and obviously takes pride in his job. He is also very honest and reliable. Definitely will contact him again for my AC needs.He was able to quick fix what a previous contractor was not able/willing to do.

Walter stayed in contact with me through the whole process and pushed for an earlier delivery of the unit condenser unit that was needed. He was available to install next day once it arrived without wasting anytime. He and his team got the job done quickly with no headaches once everything arrived. I would recommend Exalibur Hvac if you want a professional who gets the job done.

I cannot speak highly enough of Excalibur! Walt is amazing! When he left after the first visit, everything was working wonderfully, then, a few hours later, it seemed that replacing my capaciter did not resolve my AC problems entirely. He came up from a camping trip to look at my unit again. When it was found that my compressor blew (after his first visit), he immediately placed it on order and installed it the day after it was in his hands. I cannot be happier with his service and would recommend him to everyone!
