    Tom Rostron Installers Mike and Mike just completed installing two highly efficient Daiken FIT HVAC systems in my home. They are true professionals that are neat and clean, and the job looks like artwork. Plus, they were a pleasure to have in my home for a couple of days.

    Great customer service. Had an issue with my condensate pump on a Friday evening after hours. Ryan, the tech, was able to get to my home about 2 hours after my call. He was quick and professional - very happy I signed up for the annual maintenance contract!

The service people are polite, prompt, and knowledgable and patient. They will go out of their way to help you. They got my heat going once at 11:30 at night. They will go over and beyond.

    My condenser was to be replaced, when Josh, Mike M and Randy arrived they realized that my hot water heater line was corroded. When they checked the heater and saw that it was leaking , they managed to add all that to their days work! At the end of the day, my AC was working and I had a new hot water heater!

    I always have a great experience with Tom Rostrom Co. I'm on a maintenance plan so they call me to set up annual inspections instead of me remembering. I've had the same service tech the last fews years and he is friendly, professional and thoughtful. Explains my options, costs etc without pushing anything. I wish I could remember his name but he is great. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

    I left a message after business hours regarding unusually loud noise coming from our A/C unit. Donna called us first thing the following morning & was able to provide a same day appointment. Our technician, Joe, was prompt, professional & friendly. He gave us a thorough diagnosis of the suspected issue & developed a plan to address it. Very positive experience!

    The rebrand is fantastic! The logo is so sweet and the new trucks look great. Also, The Rostron Gives Back campaign is awesome. They support families in need and local veterans. Jim G is very kind and goes the extra mile to do whatโ€™s best. Local HVAC done right!

    Highly recommended! Superior service; pleasant and transparent from start to finish. My initial call for appointment was answered by Chris who was very pleasant and helpful. He scheduled my service for the same day with a workable service window of two hours for the tech to arrive. Ryan was the tech who came to work on the heater. He called to confirm the job and to say he was on his way. He was on-site within five minutes!. Ryan clearly explained the problem as well as the available solutions, He was honest, accurate and professional to a fault. Iโ€™m sold on Rostron. If I ever need HVAC work in the future, Rostron will be my first call.

    Tom Rostron Company saved the day! On the morning of my daughter's wedding, two (2) of our A/C units both went down with a household of bridesmaid, hair stylists, make-up artists, etc.. After reaching out to many local suppliers, Tom Rostron Company was the only one who truly understood how serious of a problem this was for me. Within 45-minutes of my call, a technician was onsite and totally repair one (1) unit and figured out a way to temporally repair the second. The technician could not have been more knowledgeable and was able to make these repairs with minimal disruption to the wedding preparation. These guys know how to run a business!!!!!
