    Highly recommended! The Tom Rostron company provides reliable expert service second to none. The entire staff that came to my house to install an upstairs and downstairs HVAC system was fantastic!! The team consisted of Rich, Mike K, Mike M, Josh, Christian, Shawn and of course Tom Rostron. The work performed was outstanding. The job site was kept very neat. The quality of equipment installed is excellent and the price was very reasonable. The entire staff was very punctual. This is a Five-Star company!!!

    Tom Rostron Company is truly the best around. I’ve used the company for the past 2 years for AC/Furnace maintenance as well as their dryer vent cleaning.     I subscribe to their maintenance service that provides seasonal system check-ups at no [additional] cost, priority emergency services as well as priority in scheduling appointments. After more than a year of this service, I am very pleased. They have lived up to their end of the bargain so professionally. I have always gotten an appointment when I needed it within my parameters; they have always arrived on time; when repairs have been required, they have been very reasonable in price and they had the needed parts on hand; the technicians (the most recent, Joe B) are courteous, professional, and honest. I had one situation where I thought the bearings on my fan were shot. The fan made a terrible squealing sound whenever it ran. I was prepared for an expensive repair. It turned out, a paper label applied by the manufacturer had come loose and lodged itself in the fan housing thus making the noise whenever the fan ran. The Rostron technician found the paper, removed it, and everything was fine. No charge.

    My technician was on time and evaluated my system. I found him knowledgeable and friendly. After evaluating the system, he explained a couple of options with estimates. Tom Rostron Company's prices sounded pretty high, so I told the tech I would seek other estimates. My AC is running cold now, at less than a third of the price of the Tom Rostron estimate for precisely the same work (top off R-22 freon with leak seal added - Tom Rostron estimate: $1050 plus tax. My independent guy: $300 total). This isn't a criticism of Tom Rostron Company as much as a lesson for anyone - get more than one estimate!

    Billy and his crew (Rob and Sean) were awesome! Replaced downstairs HVAC system and 75 gallon water heater over two day period. Team was on time both mornings and were efficient and neat with the install. They set up flooring and carpet protection and removed all the old material with minimal inconvenience to our family. These guys are truly "installation professionals" and HVAC experts; not just workers installing a product. We extend our highest recommendation for the Tom Rostron Co for your heating and air conditioning needs....

    Recently our ac stopped working during a horrific heat wave. I called 2 places and was treated quite poorly on the phone. I did a google search and fell upon Tom Rostron Co., Inc. One of the best things that ever could have happened to us. The gentleman,Christopher, really listened to me and my family's medical needs for needing the air conditioning. Our repairman, Ryan J, was here the next day. He was so polite and courteous beyond words. He listened intently to our ac story and went right to work. He knew exactly what the problem was and began trying to locate the parts. He didn't stop until he finally found one and had the part expedited . He explained the costs and explained what he needed to do the repair. In 2 days he was back with the new engine and was ready to work. He was amazing.

    Your company is blessed by having Ryan J. as your employee. He is everything you would want an employee to be. He is compassionate, kind, hard- working and honest.I look forward to him coming back for our heating system. Thankyou for everything Ryan J. !!!!!!!!!!!!

    This is the 3rd time using Tom Rostron Co for this service & each time havg James Muniz as my tech. Always happy with their service from the ease of making an appointment to the jobs completion. They keep you informed of your appointment by email & calling plus sending a picture of the tech coming for the service. James Muniz has been my tech each time and I can honestly say he is very professional, courteous and always has a smile on his face. From beginning to end he explains the steps he will be taking to complete the job and what to expect afterwards. I highly recommend Tom Rostron Company.
