Tom Rostron was super responsive. Ryan came out first thing on a last minute call on a Sat morning and it was the coldest day of the year. He fixed the prob and did some preventive replacements of a filter. I couldn’t be happier!

Our experience with Tom Rostron HVAC was top notch. They installed a supplemental ducted mini split in our attic the upstairs and we couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Josh was excellent at helping us decide what would work best for us and helping coordinate the project from beginning to end. The rest of the team and installers (Rich, Mike K and Kyle) were also excellent. Everyone was extremely careful moving things up into the attic, kept the house clean, and installed everything neatly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who prioritizes getting things done quickly and correctly.

Our AC Unit was making odd noises and our boiler had a slow leak. Joe came and checked the AC, and replaced several parts on the boiler. He is professional, explains everything, gave us options on the repairs, and completed the job.
