We have been using Tom Rostron for years, and they always deliver top notch service.
We just moved into a 5 year old over 55 community and the home has the basic HVAC system. Since both my wife and I suffer from allergies and dust , we had Josh come out for a consultation and with his help we decided on a retro fit for a 4 inch filter, a built-in humidifier and an air purifier. So, after having our ducts cleaned we scheduled the installation. The installer, Randy did a phenomenal job. Professional, Neat and we are now hoping for many years of a better healthy home environment.

I have known this company for many years, in fact I have known the owners approximately 42 years. These are fine hard working people who do nothing but the very best in their business and will accept nothing less. Do to a major issue with our air conditioner, which was not working, we contacted Rostron Heating and Air Conditioning for a service call. An appointment was made and a service tech arrived at our residence with a few hours. Our Service Tech Ryan was immediately able to trouble shoot the problem and advised he would order the parts needed. We were notified the next day that the parts were available and a appointment was made to install the parts. Again, Ryan arrived at the time and date set and was able to correct our problem. Ryan was a complete professional and was able to explain what he was doing every step of the way. My wife and I both enjoyed our visit with Ryan as his personality was just that of a fine young man. Many thanks to Tommy and TR. This is a company that you need to put in your address book.

This is an update to our previous post. When we discovered an issue with our new heat pump system, Joe and the team at Tom Rostron were immediately responsive to getting the problem resolved. They totally stand behind their word. Also, the Daikin/Abco company who made the system went above and beyond in promptly sending replacement parts and working with us and Joe to make the issue right. Still HIGHLY recommend these guys!
