The owner (Gary), is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. He has the worst personality than one can imagine. The crew did an exceptional job and were polite and professional. When I turned on the heating system after the team had departed my CO alarms went off. I called Gary and advised him and he told me to disconnect the alarms. Because I have ADT, and the alarms wouldn't stop they called the fire department. The chief of the fire department demanded that he (Gary), get to my residence immediately to resolve the problem. The problem was that there was a gas leak.

Would highly recommend Atlantic Heating & Cooling! My parents first used them 2 years ago and spoke so highly of them. Then we recommended them to our neighbor when their system needed to be replaced...again, another happy customer. Now it was our turn when our ac stopped working! We replaced the heating and ac. They are very professional, offering superior service at an affordable price!

They came to fix my heating unit after having to call them 8-10 times. When they did show up, they told me it was my drainage pipe problem, and I ended up paying $750 to fix it.
The heating system stopped again after 3 days. When I called them, they showed up drained it out. The system stopped working the next day.
Today when I called them, they said it’s my motherboard problems and quoted me $1600 to fix it. Replacing the whole thing would be a better idea and cost efficient for me!!
I would recommend *NOT* using them. They never knew what the problem was with my system, and I ended up losing $750 for something, which might not have been the problem at all.

The owner Gary is extremely unprofessional. Makes costumers extremely uncomfortable over the phone. The techs that came out were extremely professional and went above and beyond. And they even agreed that Gary has a horrible attitude and personality.
Unfortunately the costumer has to deal with Gary in order to get the techs out.

Atlantic replaced our old furnace and central air with a new Trane model. They offered the best system at the best price and the best installation date. We are very happy with it! Working great and much quieter and way more efficient than our old unit. They were on time and worked really hard all day until everything was working perfectly. They removed all of the old stuff as well and it looked like they had never even been there. The technicians were professional and addressed all of our questions and any issues that came up. We highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

The team of technicians were very professional, and courteous. They arrived when scheduled, and completed a furnace and air conditioning replacement in a timely fashion.
I would use them again without question.

Woke up one day about a month ago to no heat. We'd had problems for years with both our furnace and AC and finally decided to just get a new system if we could. Called Atlantic and within 2 hours the owner was at our house giving us a very reasonable quote for replacing both the furnace and the AC. The installers showed up on time the next morning and by mid-day we had heat! They showed up on time again the next day to finish the AC install (rain the day before prevented them from finishing then). They were so pleasant, so efficient, so thorough with everything they did. Have had the system for a few weeks and all working great! Highly recommend them.

Had complete HVAC system replaced. I have to say this is one of the best contractor experiences I have had in all my home projects. Owner came himself and provided full detailed quote. Day of install crew arrived on time, and worked straight until job was completed. All material including old units were hauled away. The crew was very courteous, clean, and install looked great. One year ago, 2018, had Atlantic Heating and Cooling install a new furnace and air conditioning.

Called them for servicing in the beginning of July 2019. Never called me back to tell me when they were going to perform the service. Never called the second day either.

Good thing I carry NJHome services insurance. I called them and they arrived 15 minutes after my call, serviced the air conditioner worked perfect after that.

Atlantic replaced our old furnace and central air with a new XR16 - AC Unit Trane model in Addition to a 95 % Efficient Furnace with all the bells and whistles.
Shopping around They offered the best system at the best price and the Fastest installation date. Called Gary Puco and he was able to get out and give an estimate that was lower than 4 other local contractors withe a higher end equipment.
Timothy & Douglas are very helpful when it comes to any questions you have as far as the system goes and they are very pleasant , Their class of workmanship is excellent and they take pride in what they do.
Definitely will recommend to couple of friends who have aging systems.
