Converted oil to gas and they were great through the process. First Degree was every bit of their name. Their team was smart to offer solutions and suggestions with educated details to help you understand your decisions. I already used them on two more jobs in my home after the conversion was done for other jobs and will use them again. Also I’ve referred First Degree to two other people with more to follow. They were able to fix our bathroom leak in a relatively short amount of time. Very courteous, professional, and friendly people. They had no issue cleaning up after themselves and seemed very happy to help us with any problems they possibly can. Overall amazing service coming from Rhys. He was a pleasure while working

We used First Degree to install/update plumbing for the renovation of two bathrooms, install a brand new central AC system, and repair a heating zone that wasn't functioning correctly. For any heating, plumbing, HVAC related issue, these guys will be my first call. The entire team top to bottom are extremely personable and knowledgeable. Special mention for Rhys who has visited us several times for plumbing and heating-related needs and has been awesome and always takes the time to answer every question, share his ideas and solutions, and generally let us talk his ear off. I also have to mention Franco whose team installed our new AC - they did a fantastic job. I can't recommend First Degree highly enough.

These guys are absolutely the BEST. We called First Degree because we had an emergency plumbing issue. Rhys came over first thing in the morning and took care of it. Rhys came over right before the holidays to help my husband and I with a faulty boiler. What was supposed to be 5 minutes of his time ended up being an hour as I kept thinking of things around the house that needed attention. Rhys providing incredible service out of the goodness of his heart and did so much more than he signed up for. He answered my every question with insight and patience. First Degree has been amazing - and always there in a time of need / emergency. I've used them to replace burst pipes as well as full furnace and A/C replacement. Both times they have been on-time, provided quality service, and have been extremely responsive.
